Beautiful, sprawling 1.5 acres with nature, large trees, quiet tree lined streets to enjoy on long walks in this wooded area.

We have 2 studios (close to 400 sq ft each) that make up the private second floor, each for rent, separately.

There is also a listing called just " Fox Knoll Woodland Hideaway" which lists/rents the entire 2nd floor.
You would have entire second floor and almost 1100 sq feet of space.

Queen bed for 2 guests for each studio, but if you have more people, message me and we can maybe figure something out! We also have air mattresses.

Each studio has hardwood floors, large windows, a queen bed, a desk and chair -work space, ( small kitchenette with fridge, Keurig, microwave), wireless high speed internet, a SmartTV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime included.

Quiet property makes for relaxing stay-and great for sleeping!
A favorite here is Outdoor space to sit and read or enjoy a drink under the trees. Corn Hole game, basketball hoop, Bocce Ball set.
Outdoor dining, bird feeding stations and fire pit.
This property is central to everything!
We think you will love staying here-close to fine dining and shopping yet feels like a quiet sanctuary!

Rental is a large upstairs bedroom in a house located in a beautiful neighborhood just as described in the write-up. The host Sandra was awesome. She made sure we were comfortable enough with the window A/C unit on a very hot weekend, and had everything we needed. The community setting had lots of space between homes. The home was so quiet during our stay, we didn't even know they were around.

Just what we needed

This was just what we needed for a busy weekend in Indy. We were seeking a simple and easy stay near the city and this location was perfect. Sandy made our stay easy, convenient and stress free! Lovely and comfortable property

We stayed at Fox Knoll while visiting our child at Butler. The property was clean and comfortable and Sandra is delightful. The location was convenient to everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!

Gracious stay in park-like neighborhood

Located in a gorgeous park-like neighborhood convenient to main road connections with a gracious, convivial host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was like staying with a good friend. Generously proportioned, comfortable, nicely decorated room. Excellent Caribou coffee for the Keurig. Lovely smelling bathroom products. Snacks and water in our room. Our host was happy to make recommendations for things to do and places to eat but without being pushy. We left feeling like we had made new friends. So glad that we made the decision to stay at Fox Knoll I.

Big rooms big help

Originally booked 1 room for myself. When my friend was suddenly able to come along I reached out about a second room but it was taken at the time. They said I could him to my room as it was large enough for an air mattress they could provide. Upcharge was very reasonable. Fast forward to a week before arrival and owner reached out as the other room had an emergency cancellation and they remembered I'd asked about a second room and were giving me first chance at it. My friend agreed so we got it! Good communication through the last minute room addition, Would recommend and use again.

Home away from home

I stayed here while I was taking the bar exam and this was like a home away from home. Such a quiet and peaceful atmosphere and I was greeted with thoughtfulness and care over my stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Our stay was just what we needed. We were greeted upon arrival and showed around. Sandy was great the entire time. It was just as described and clean! The neighborhood is perfect for morning and evening walks. If ever in the area again, we would return for a repeat stay!

Great stay in a nice quiet area

Hosts were friendly, attentive and gracious. Communication was timely and the whole experience was very easy going. Location was in a quiet subdivision but very close to the city and all the attractions. Recommended and would stay again!

Beautiful Stay

I was so pleased to have found this beautiful house and most welcoming host, Sandy! If you want to be spoiled rotten, book with her. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Only a few minutes away from Grand Park and downtown Indy. Beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. When it was time to go, i felt like I was leaving a home away from home. I would highly recommend would most definitely return!

Lovely home with welcoming hosts

I recently stayed at Fox Knoll for an extended weekend. It was perfect for me. Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to amenities in northern Indy. Sandra is a great host and made sure I had everything to ensure my stay was comfortable. I will happily return if I am back in Indy.

Fox Knoll Stroll

Darling and spacious, this meticulously quaint room boasts a serene setting in one of Indy‘s most prestigious neighborhoods. Our host greeted us on the porch with a smile and an open door. Smooth jazz playing softly inside the entry welcomed us warmly and soothed our minds. Sandra was attentive to my fiancé‘s fondness of a particular coffee creamer and had it available during both our first and second stays. When our next adventure requires another overnight stay in the greater Indy area we won’t hesitate to visit Fox Knoll and take a stroll. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An enchanted forest stay!

I highly recommend this property. I stayed here while my son played at Grand Park, and it was very convenient to get to everything...the games, restaurants and shopping for food and snacks. The setting was absolutely beautiful...walks in the neighborhood left me feeling like I was in an enchanted forest, and the property itself was exactly as described. I stayed in one room on the second floor, and had the bathroom to myself as the guest using the other room was away for the weekend. Sandra was the perfect host...very responsive to questions and available when I arrived to show me around. My son stayed in another house with all his teammates but there was plenty of room and a blow up mattress if he'd decided to stay with me. It was a wonderful place to stay. Very relaxing and hospitable. Thank you Sandra!

Perfect Place For What We Needed

We had an excellent stay. The house was very nice. The room we stayed in was just like it was described in the listing. Sandra was very nice and made sure out stay was a pleasant as possible. If we come back to the area we will stay there again.

If you love wildlife, this property is awesome for the nature, bird watching and beauty all around.
There is plenty of outdoor areas guests have enjoy, to relax or play yard games, or enjoy a meal.
Corn hole, basketball hoop, badminton, bocce ball. Bird watching. You may see a fox or two, deer, raccoons, Bard owls, Great Horned owls and lots of squirrels and chipmunks!
We hope you love your stay, and the spacious, charming, quiet space you would be staying in.

This is a unique property, especially when you consider our proximity to all the great attractions in the city. We are centrally located, and check out all of the attractions within .5-8 miles around us! The neighborhood and location is considered one of the best in the city, - 1.5 acres that has been certified by the Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Habitat. This is in the city limits, but once you get inside the neighborhood, you would never realize you are in a city area!!! Large trees, woods, quiet, wildlife, quiet streets for walking.
