Luxurious Adirondack lodge with sauna and hot tub

Located at the heart of the Adirondacks/Tug Hill region where all your winter ATV and summer hiking dreams will come true. If you are coming to ride all day and relax all night, then you have found the right place. Our lodge includes a hot tub and full European sauna to take the steam off a long day. In the summer take a walk in our beautiful 250 acre private Forest and then cool off in the river that is just a short 1 mile walk from the house. The river runs along our property for 1.5 miles.

The lodge was newly renovated with high end finishes to enhance your vacation experience and stay. The home comes equipped with a complete chef's kitchen and a large dining table with 10 chairs to meet all of your dining needs.

The game room is a nice place for your kids to enjoy while you have some adult time. It includes 3 arcade games, air hockey table, foosball table, 75in tv. There is a large L shape sectional to hang out and watch movies this can also sleep 2 adults or 3 kids.

1st floor hallway has a futon to sleep 1 adult or 2 kids.

1st floor bathroom has walk-in tile shower and tile floor, single wood vanity, rain shower

1st floor laundry with brand new washer and dryer

2nd floor bathroom had walk-in tile shower and tile floor, double vanity, rain shower

European Sauna

Guests have full access to the sauna and hot tub.
Sauna has small kitchenette with beverage fridge, tea kettles and coffee maker to enjoy snacks and drinks while relaxing.
Small bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink to rinse off before going from sauna to hot tub.
There is a fire pit outside the sauna you can sit around and enjoy the heat.

Enjoy another fire-pit station is there to enjoy with 8 Adirondack chairs where you can sit around with your family and roast marshmallows.

2 trails green and blue will be marked with trail markers for you to enjoy a long or short walk. Green will be a nice short walk along the river and the Blue will mark a more difficult trail. No riding snowmobiles or 4 wheelers is allowed to be ridden on the hiking trails or on the property. You can ride your snowmobile from our property to the snowmobile trails.

For Snowmobilers who are staying at the lodge, to get to the trails, the first option is to take a left from the end of the driveway and drive 1.2miles along the side of the road and access the trails C5A. Depending on the weather and snow conditions you may need trailer to Barnes Corners or Big Moose Lodge to access the trails.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you want to smoke, you can smoke outdoors and put your cigarette butts in the cigarette receptacles. Absolutely no cigarette butts on the ground anywhere, especially in the woods.
