Hermosa casa frente al mar !! ¡Belleza en el exterior, encanto en el interior!

Hermosa casa completamente restaurada frente a la playa. Gran atractivo, pero incluso mejor vista desde el lado del océano. Escaleras privadas a la playa. Puertas de patio a la vista en la gran sala abierta para dejar entrar la brisa del mar. Hermosos pisos de madera en todo. Gran surf desde el patio trasero. Varios saltos adicionales de surf a poca distancia a pie. Pesca de surf desde el patio trasero. Gran kayak. Área de voleibol en la cala.

Esta casa es una hermosa cabaña construida a principios de 1900 y ha sido completamente restaurada y actualizada con todas las comodidades que necesita para relajarse y hacer de este su destino de escapada. Esta es realmente una gran casa de campo, pero no hay duda de que estar en la playa marca la diferencia en el mundo. ¡No tienes que llevar a los niños a la playa! ¡Están allí! La ducha de agua caliente está justo en el patio trasero, a unos pasos de la playa. Si te has alojado en una casa en la playa, ¡entiendes! Si no lo has hecho, ¡ahora es tu oportunidad!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee and evening relaxation.The location was ideal — close to local shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, yet quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent.We would definitely stay here again!

“Journeys End” was a little slice of paradise in Cayucos! Incredible sunsets, awesome beach for daily walks/runs, beautiful landscaping, firepit and several outdoor options for hanging out. Inside offered comfy beds, pillows and a great couch for reading or snuggling up for a movie. It was just what we needed… a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and comfy cottage on the beach. Top of our list of the many vrbos we have stayed at… we will go back for sure! Absolutely loved it!

Beach Living

We had a wonderful time. The home is in such a central location to services yet right on the beach. The house is beautiful, roomy with lots of nice patio areas. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Fresh flowers on arrival!

Fabulous Location!

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Journey's End. The location could not be better - right on the beach. The home is lovely and has every amenity that you could need. I look forward to returning again next year!

Family Beach Adventure

We absolutely loved this cottage by the sea. The patio was perfect for watching the ocean and relaxing. The ocean was just a few steps away. Our five-year-old made sand castles while her parent took long walks on the beach. The town of Cayucos was within walking distance. I hope to return to this fantastic beach home soon. Betty

A week of R & R on the beach

The property was amazing, the outside gardens and fountains were beautiful spots to relax and get out of the wind if needed, the beach access was easy, so little preplanning and packing was needed. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available which was great because we didn't bring any. The house was unique and had the feel of a vacation get away.

A Special Place

This property greets you with a beautiful outdoor garden on your way to the front door. The house is small yet the quality of it is so nice. Beautiful wood floors, a modern kitchen, lovely unique art that all together creates a lovely ambiance to be in. The ocean front patio and the convenient steps directly to the beach were such a nice bonus too. Talking and texting with the owner was easy and she was very helpful and accommodating as well. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our week in this cozy cottage.

This was an easy stay: home was nice, views were incredible, and communication with host was a breeze. Lauren made us feel welcome in the home and we had a nice, recharging weekend by the ocean.

Beautiful view and comfortable cottage!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Journeys End. The views were wonderful and we even saw dolphins from inside the living room! The hummingbirds visiting the beautiful garden were fun to watch as well. The home was very clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. Multiple fireplaces and space heaters as well as extra blankets ensured we were comfortable. The host was very communicative. We will definitely stay here again.

Journey's End, where we did not want to leave!

Our family of 4 (2 kids age 7 and 9) had a wonderful week at Journey's End. Lauren and David were super hosts! We walked into a beautiful, clean home with fresh flowers, snacks and a bottle of wine to great us upon arrival. The property was true to the photos and description, with a lovely view of the ocean for sunrise and sunset. They provided us with great local information as we wanted to explore the neighboring towns, mountain bike, hike and dine. Everything was spot on. Thanks so much! We hope to be back in the near future!

Amazing Stay!

Nice stay in Cayucos

Nice cottage on the beach. Very clean and cozy. Two couples. We used this as a base camp to explore the area, Morro Bay, visited Hearst Castle, Ragged Point and Wineries and shopping in Paso Robles. Great views from den and back patio.

Amazing Oceanfront Property!

Beautiful property, excellently maintained and right on the sand! We had the best time at Journey's End and the host was wonderful! They had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation and the best brunch spot right down the road (Hidden Kitchen). We will absolutely be back!

My mom grew up in this little coastal town and I always wanted a vacation home here. Fortunately my native Texan wife, opted for a vacation home here vs. the Texas panhandle. We love the place and enjoy it when it isn't being enjoyed by others!

Small town with a small town feeling. Great beaches. Great hiking. Great surfing. Beautiful central coast.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We walk to Morro Bay, about 5.5 miles to the south at least once a week when we stay here. We kayak and surf as much as we can. We walk 1 mile to the north to downtown Cayucos and hang out at Cayucos Coffee in the morning with the locals. Great dining at Cafe Della Via The Hidden Kitchen, right down town.

On a practical side, being right on the beach and having the private beach access with a great cove at the foot of the steps is a huge bonus. Cuts way down on the logistical issues of packing for beach activities! Hot water outside shower was probably one of the 'smartest' things we added!
