The host was great and everything was exactly as described. The property was clean, well-stocked, and check-in was easy. We were in town for baseball at All-Star Village, and this was the perfect place for our family to stay close to the games.

Absolutely loved this location for our time at All Star Village. The house was super clean and recently renovated. It had everything we needed to feel like home. We were even able to cook a few meals in the kitchen while we were there. You can’t beat the location- a 1 minute drive to the fields. Our son came back with us to use the shower a couple times and then went straight back to the fun. Highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area!

All Star Village Gem

Perfect location in a nicely updated 2 bedroom home. Perfect for All Star Village - was so easy to just jump back to the house between games and fantastic to have a kitchen to cook instead of eating out all the time. House was nice and clean, and owners responsive. Can’t ask for much more! Great choice.

My family stayed in this home for my son's week at All Star Village's baseball tournament. The home was perfect for our us, it is tucked away in a lovely neighborhood just beyond the All Star Village facility. It is a 3 minute drive and actually walkable should one desire a walk. The home was extremely clean and organized and had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and extremely friendly. The linens and towels were provided and were lovely. I will definitely look to stay again in a couple summers when my youngest son goes to the tournament as well!

Clean and well equipped property close to All Star Village Cooperstown

Property was very clean and close to Cooperstown all star village. The window AC units kept the house at a very nice temperature. Checkin and checkout were seamless. It was exactly what we were looking for as a place to stay when our son played in the tournament. Highly recommend!

Cooperstown Allstar Village

Perfect property for the allstar village tourney. Less than a minute drive from the property, you can’t beat the convenience. Rental was clean and owner was easily accessible if needed. If you can grab this property for your week don’t hesitate!

Great house - super close to All Star Village

This house was perfect for our needs. We’re a family of 5 and one of our sons was playing at All Star Village. The house was super close, clean and had a yard where kids could play. We would definitely stay here again if our younger sons return with their teams at 12.

What a gem!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in July while our son played in a baseball tournament. This home checked off all the right boxes - the communication with the owners was seamless, the home was in a quiet neighborhood, it was stocked with all the necessary kitchen essentials, and best of all it was so clean! Perfect Vacation Rental

This house was the perfect place to rest between busy baseball games. You can’t beat its proximity to ASV! It was so nice to come to a rental that had the little things you hate to buy, like foil and paper towels etc. The week we were there they had a freak heat wave and we were so thankful that the rooms had A/C! It was very clean, in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication from the owner was spot on! Do not pass this place up if you are looking to rent in Oneonta!

What a place! 5 minutes from ASV and very well stocked. This place is completely updated— a home away from home. The welcome basket was a nice touch! Closest VRBO you can get to CASV

Not only is this place awesome, its the closest VRBO you can get to CASV. If your team is scheduled go to Cooperstown book this one fast! The home is recently remodeled, clean and neat. Steve is awesome and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. There is a washer/dryer at the home so it's super convenient if your kids have any baseball gear that needs washed.

Great Spot

House was immaculate and comfortable. I coached my sons team so was staying in the barracks. My wife was at the house with my other son. Super close to facility, very clean and a great little layout for 4-6 people. Did not use the pullout but living room has plenty of space if you want to. Had an issue with bathroom door lock and host was Johnny on the spot to fix it.

an IDEAL stay for baseball families!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment for families visiting Oneonta for the All Star Village tournament. Previous reviews are spot on but we will repeat it here: BOOK. THIS. ONE. Washer and Dryer (a must in the humid and/or rainy weather); comfortable BEDS!; full kitchen (a lifesaver because take-out gets old fast); and lots of thoughtful details such as a small cooler, folding chairs, and plenty of hand soap and detergent. A kitchen table and strong wifi signal made it possible for us to take some zoom meetings. The quiet neighborhood felt safe for a morning run. Driveway parking made coming in and out a breeze. Instructions and communication with owners/managers was smooth! LOCATION: It's a 10 minute drive from major stores such as TJ Max, Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, as well as just two-ish miles from downtown Oneonta. We loved the coffee/brewery place less than a mile away as well as a gym that offered weekly passes. PLEASE note that you cannot (or should not) walk from here to the Village. It's a 2-3 minute drive away or a 22 minute harrowing walk along the interstate. HIGHLY recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.

What a gem!!!!

My husband daughter and I stayed here last week while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village - and what a treat it was! The house is completely renovated and there is not one thing overlooked- it was super clean and totally outfitted with everything you might need- the kitchen and laundry room were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable!!!! The fan and ac worked extremely well. The location couldn’t have been better - it was the perfect distance away from the village and helpful when dealing with crazy game times, bad weather or early morning meet ups. So many extra touches were so helpful by the owners- lots of hooks on doors, the kitchen totally outfitted for whatever you needed and plenty of cleaning supplies. The towels and linens were fresh and clean and comfy and plentiful if you needed more people to stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable and the tvs worked beautifully in all rooms- the check in and out experience was fantastic and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Would 100 percent recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!! Great proximity to the downtown area and the all star village. The bathroom had a great big clean tub and shower and was so pristinely clean and welcoming. The back yard was nice and big and there was a beautiful gas grill in the back too. We really loved staying here :)

In an old town, most homes are not renovated and are up to modern standards. However, this home has been fully updated and brought up to modern standards while keeping its coziness. We also like the light and the views from the windows.
