You'll have access to the entire luxury 2-story villa with a private pool and spa, high ceiling, and an en-suite bathroom in each of the 5 bedrooms, including the Minnie-themed bedroom that your kids will love.

You will get access to the Margaritaville Resort restaurants and amenities as well, excluding their community pool, shared shuttle service and gym. Instead you will have your private heated pool and private Uber rides to parks and all that with no extra pool heating fee and no resort fee!

Sleeps comfortably up to 12 people. We have two bedrooms downstairs for people struggling with stairs and we have en-suite full bathrooms in every bedroom!

You will have a free 2-way Uber Express ride to Disney or Universal parks with every night of your stay (only trip fare covered; tips, etc not included)

I am only a short text away and will help you with whatever you need ASAP.

From the minute we arrived I knew that this was going to be an awesome vacation. This host really knows how to make you feel welcome and right at home! The property was very well maintained with plenty of linen and household amenities. The pool area and hot tub were very clean and the hot tub was very nice and soothing after a long day at the parks. Truly enjoyed staying on the Margaritaville property and plan on making this one of my go to places to stay if doing a theme park vacation. Nicely located off of Irlo Bronson with endless restaurant choices and shopping venues. The new Bay Ridge sushi, Portillo‘s, pollo tropical, Giordano’s Pizza and Raising Cane’s Cane’s, just to name a few. My family and I will definitely be staying here again thank you so much!!!

Best house for Disney

We stayed here back in December of 2023 & absolutely loved everything about the house, location, amenities such as the pool/hot tub as well as it being less than 20 minutes from all Disney parks & less than 5 minutes from the Margaritaville town area that had shopping centers, restaurants, fast food, movie theater, etc. We took our Family plus our granddaughter back in December & decided to celebrate her 5th birthday this past week in Disney so we had to stay at the cutest house in the area! It was plenty of room for a family of 7 plus some space left over- We highly recommended this house to anyone coming in the area for Disney world or even just a regular vacation. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Stay!

5 stars! When traveling with our 4 kids it is always challenging to find a house with enough bedrooms for everyone in our family and this one had it all and more. Our children were excited that they each had a bedroom and a bathroom all to their themselves. We loved the pool and hot tub as well. Everything was super clean and communication was excellent.

Always Amazing

This property is exactly as pictured. This was our second time staying at Minnieritaville. The owners take great pride in keeping the cottage maintained and are very communicative. The location is perfect for getting to the parks but far enough removed to be a personal oasis. I highly recommend this property.

Island Escapism Lives On

We had stayed at Margaritaville in the past via Rentyl. Since Disney prices went up so did theirs. VRBO has been treating us very well ever since. The display of the house when we first walked in was breathtaking. The property is exactly as described, and check-in was a breeze. We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every second of it. They have thought of everything and made the entire experience easy and more cost effective. I would highly recommend this cottage and host. They clearly know what they are doing. The private pool and spa were more than enough for our family, we did not feel like we missed out on any amenities due to not booking through the hotel. You can still explore the hotel and go to the restaurants, but Sunset Walk was our favorite. For those who prefer to stay in, they provide a full set of streaming options and Wi-Fi was never an issue with multiple devices and VR headsets. I can't recommend enough.

Everything you need for perfect vacation!

Minnieritaville was exactly what we were hoping for from the moment we walked in the front door. It has all of the comforts of home and is as adorable as advertised. Every room having its own bathroom and tv is perfect. The private pool/spa was so relaxing and refreshing. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We loved it!

Honest review of house,

This was our third time staying at this resort, first time in a VRBO at this resort. House is starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Front door lock is loose and the entire lock housing turns. The refrigerator must be missing some shelves, you have to stack everything like food jenga. Floors where dirty when arrived, I feel like they only have been swept and not moped in a while. Floors felt gritty and showed on white socks. Mattress in bedroom i stayed in was broken, you fell into a hole in mattress. Shower heads are mostly plugged with calcium and lime, it was more of a mist than a shower. 1/2 bath outside next to pool you are not allowed to use, so everyone has to go inside dripping wet and make a mess. I guess you could just let everyone pee in the pool. One of the Kitchen draws is messed up, when you open it it goes towards the floor and you think everything is going to dump out. If they spent a day or two doing some general maintenance and replace a few mattresses it would be a lot better. I feel that if you rent from the resort the houses are held to a much higher standard and not restricted from outside bathroom use. I did contact property manager when arrived about access to outside 1/2bath and they denied us access.

My experience was awful. The property was filthy, dirty under garments (with visible feces) was left in the master bedroom. In another room we found socks, dresses and party decorations. I felt stuck since it was my my daughter’s birthday and we had so many plans. I cleaned as much as possible to make it work but emailed the Vrbo owner and received no help. I contacted Expedia and was told they will get back to me 48-72 hours. Expedia is excellent so I am hoping to get a monetary compensation for the lack of cleanliness (although we pay a cleaning fee). I will never stay at this place. I travel with my kids and staying in a clean place is a must.

Perfect for our business team

Our second year staying at Minnieritaville during the annual IAAPA conference. We love the ability to relax in the hot tub each night after being on our feet all day and the ability for each of our staff to have their own room and bathroom. We will be back again next year!!!!

House was exactly has described! First time staying at Margaritaville and we will definitely be returning! Love the private pool and hot tub, the resort was beautiful and quiet. Spent our days outside by the pool and plenty of room inside for sleeping and showering. Close to Disney World and shopping too! Owner was quick to respond, when we had any questions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful and clean place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. Irene was a helpful and responsive host. She made sure we knew every important detail prior to our trip. Each room had its on bathroom and closet, which was fantastic. All the beds were comfortable and the Minnie Mouse room is darling! The house is only about 15-minutes away from Disney and conveniently located near a great shopping center and plenty of restaurants. Everyone in my group agreed we would definitely book with Irene again. Thanks for an incredible trip!
