NEW LISTING - REUNION fairway view, DVR, pool hot tub, movie theatre, 8 pools.
This Reunion resort home has a front porch that over looks the fairway of the WATSON GOLF COURSE - FIRST HOLE!.
The property has 5 inviting bedrooms, plus a separate BONUS living area, furnished with a sofa bed, work desk. and french doors for privacy (this is separate to the main living area).
The bedrooms consist of 3 KING beds, 2 twin beds, 1 bunk bed with a pull out trundle ( sleeping 11 guests) plus 2 on pull out sofa making the count 13, we also provide a travel crib for a baby.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The property features adjustable AC/ heating.
There are 3 full bathrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms, including one out by the pool area. Guests we hope will feel right at home.
We have a large oversized pool deck, covered Lania with dining table, chairs, ceiling fan, and beautiful in ground hot tub that cascades into an oversized pool - fully automated to heat from 86 ( the pool temp) to 101 ( spa temp) for those relaxing evening dips after a long day at the parks. We include the pool/spa heat in all nightly rates - no extra fee. There is a pool safety fence to keep the little ones away from the water.
On non park days or evenings enjoy resting up in one of the the 6 reclining movie theatre chairs, located just off the pool area, with full AC and second refrigerator for drinks and snacks.
We offer propane BBQ rentals if needed at an extra charge, Michelle will ask you/send info on costs upon booking. Feel free to ask ahead of time.
Make your vacation one to remember with a relaxing stay in our privately owned Reunion Resort home. Reunion is not just known for being a gated community, with close proximity to the Disney Parks, but has easy access to dining, grocery shopping and a multitude of things to do in the area. The resort is beautifully landscaped and has pathways to walk or cycle and view the 3 championship golf courses- we overlook The WATSON course, first hole. You can even rent a golf cart to get around or have one delivered from an outside vendor.
The lobby sundry/gift shop also has an onsite Starbucks. The resort hotel has many dining options - Eleven - clubhouse - 7593 chophouse- Traditions - lobby Sushi Bar and the Cove bar and grill part of the Seven Eagles clubhouse and resort pool area.
Reunion has many community pools for you to enjoy, as well as your own private pool and spa at the home.
- The Cove club house ( located at Seven Eagles ) has the fitness center, bar and pool side food service plus hot tub, and Linear Park.
- The Terraces pool is perfect for lap swimmers, has a spa, gazebo and shade.
- The Homestead pool, always quiet and has a kiddies wader pool, and spa.
- Center course Ridge pool area.
- Carriage Point - pool and spa
- Heritage crossings: 2 pools, wading pool and spa.
- Playground and Dog park nearby to Liberty Bluff
Grand Traverse Parkway has an additional playground and outdoor fitness center.
Please note as this is a NON Membership home, guests do not have access to the water park, lazy river, tennis courts, putting green, or the golf courses - these amenities are for Members only. The resort charges $55 a day to membership homes, for every day of the stay so on 7 night rental $385 and we have found our guests are out at the parks or enjoying the other amenities the resort offers, alongside having your own private pool, spa and movie theatre.
The resort has a noise ordinance, and all vacationers and residential persons are expected to comply after 10pm. The resort being gated has 3 entrances and 4 exits, the staff are professional and there to help. They have onsite security.
The Reunion hotel has a concierge you can check in with for daily scheduled events and menu information, The onsite restaurants provide convenience for non park days, including the golf clubhouse which is popular for breakfast, or swing by the onsite Starbucks.
You can also rent bikes and golf carts from the resort ( or rent a golf cart from local companies).
Across from the main entrance of Reunion resort is a great grocery store Publix, with deli, bakery, Pharmacy etc. There is also an Aldi which is more grocery budget friendly, CVS pharmacy, along with many fast food options, pizza, Chinese take out, subway, Dunkin Donuts etc . Less than a mile away are many other dining options, a steak house, Fords garage, Panera bread, First Watch, all of which have online menus and delivery. These dining options are close to Champions gate, which offers 3 public golf courses.
