Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was so clean, which is really important to me when I book a stay somewhere. The owners/hosts are wonderful, easy to get in touch with, and have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable! So close to Silverwood, the State Park, Tree to Tree, etc.We brought our boat and enjoyed wakeboarding and swimming. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs and it was perfect for 3 families. The downstairs game table and board games were great entertainment for parents and teens alike! We will definitely be recommending this home and hope to return for another stay ourselves!

Perfect location

This property was a wonderful place for our first vacation as a blended family of 8. Teens had their hangout space when they wanted, and the game table downstairs was large enough for all of us to play games at night. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect for our two days at Silverwood (about 15 minutes away) and also our 3 FUN hours being monkeys at Tree2Tree Adventure Park (about 6 minutes from the house). The kitchens were well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts made us feel at home. Thank you!

The property was much better than we expected! The kitchens had everything we needed for cooking and more. The house was beautifully maintained and decorated. The views were amazing---we spent a lot of time on the deck looking at the lake and enjoying the morning/evening light. We are looking forward to staying here again.

July 4th family gathering

An excellent property for our July 4th family gathering. We hosted four families at the house for six nights, and six families came by to visit who were at the nearby campsites (5 mins away). It’s only 15 mins from Silverwood. And everyone loved the view of the lake! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and played a ton of board games. And two full kitchens were very helpful in preparing food!Would definitely book again next time we can get everyone together again!

Great for Family

We had a large group; children 3-17, parents and grand parents. This place was conveniently located close to Silverwood and Lake Pend Orielle. It was perfect for everyone!

Wonderful vacation rental!!

The house was so beautiful, clean and had so many nice extra amenities!! We had our family of 13, it worked perfectly! Easy to get to and the views were amazing! We sat on the deck for a spectacular lightning storm! We went to silverwood park, this location was so easy! Thank you to our hosts

Everything about this house is amazing - the view and set up is even better than the pictures. This house is evenly located between Sandpoint and Couer d'Alene (about a 25-30 minute drive each way). The Beaver Bay in Farragut State Park(5 minutes from the house), is a beautiful place to swim/float on the lake. We rented a pontoon from the Bayview Marina, within walking distance from the house, and spent the day on the lake - great day! The only comment I have is the '5th' bedroom is really part of the common area and does not have a partition closing it off from the rest of the rooms on the 2nd floor - not a concern for our group, but for others it might be. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area - perfect stay!

Beautiful Gem!

Beautiful house that had everything we needed! The kids loved the downstairs pretend camping setup, ping pong table and bunk beds. The view of the lake is incredible and so relaxing. It was a short drive to the state park and Silverwood (our two big ventures!).

Unbelievable View and great hosts

This was a special family event. The hosts were extremely accommodating by providing certain items for the party. The property was amazing. We had 4 families, 2 with children. Steve was a tremendous host. Thanks again for making this a very special time.

This pictures don’t do this house and view justice. The view is incredible and everything was top notch. The host also went above and beyond for us which was greatly appreciated.

Fabulous vacation rental

Prior to our arrival, any questions we had were promptly answered by our hosts, Steven & Megan, along with multiple photos of what was there. Any questions we had while there were also promptly answered. The view of the lake was fabulous. Beds were very comfortable and our entire group raved about them. The accommodations were roomy and with the 3 bathrooms, there was no waiting.. House was well furnished and with the 2 kitchens, cooking was easy. We loved the wine that was waiting for us upon our arrival. We highly recommend this VRBO and would love to return!!
