Hermosa casa frente al lago con playa y muelle! (Spirit Lake)

Esta cabaña de lujo se encuentra a solo 60 pies del hermoso lago Spirit y a solo cinco minutos de la ciudad (por ejemplo, tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes, videos). El tiempo de viaje a la cabina es de aproximadamente veinticinco minutos desde Coeur d'Alene, y unos 50 minutos desde Spokane.

Dentro de la cabaña hay muebles rústicos estilo cabaña, cómodas camas y sofás, cocina completa con horno de convección doble, 2 refrigeradores, 2 congeladores, lavaplatos, microondas, pisos cerámicos, encimeras de granito, etc. También está equipado con wifi, TV de pantalla grande de 52 ', plato y mesa de billar. En el exterior, nivele el césped hasta la playa de arena privada y el muelle con un resbalón cubierto, una herradura, una cancha de pickleball, una bañera de hidromasaje, una gran terraza para comidas al aire libre, barbacoa y descanso. Dos campos de golf cercanos, a 10-15 minutos.

Spirit Lake es excelente para el esquí acuático, la natación, la pesca excelente (lubina, trucha, platas, etc.) y otros deportes acuáticos. El lanzamiento del barco está a unos 2 minutos de la propiedad. Realmente nos miman los 'vidrios' en este lago. Las colinas y montañas adyacentes están llenas de senderos para vehículos todo terreno, ciclismo y senderismo. Este alquiler no incluye un bote, tubos o corredores de olas que aparecen en las imágenes.

Hemos estado yendo a este lago para reuniones familiares durante los últimos 30 años. No dude en llamar o enviar un correo electrónico con cualquier pregunta o disponibilidad.

Tarifas semanales: hasta 7200 / semana más impuestos estatales de Idaho y una tarifa de limpieza.
Alquilamos solo por semana, de sábado a sábado (desde mediados de junio hasta finales de agosto)

My family loves this home. Lake front with a beach and dock. The bedrooms are great, my grandchildren love the bunkroom. The host is easy to ask questions and they reply within an hr. We hope to make this our after harvest family time for many years. Thank You for sharing your lake home.

The property was nice, but we had a couple of incidents. 1 - there were mice, which the owner did address, but we were out of the cabin for a few hours while they were taken care of, live mice in a trap is not something you want to hear. 2 - the hot tub stairs were not secured and we had a person slip and fall and hit her head. The owners would not address that issue. It also has some missing smoke detectors and extinguisher. It had some basic amenities, but lacked soap/body wash for the showers.

This property is in a beautiful location and close to Silverwood, exactly what I was looking for. But for the price, I didn't feel it was a great value. The property needs TLC. It is advertised as having A/C. This is true, but there are individual units in each space. It took 4-5 hours for the upstairs to get comfortable on the day we arrived. To be fair, it was a warm August afternoon. I would suggest, if you know there is a full house coming and it's a warm day, turn on the upstairs unit so it is comfortable when your guests arrive. The first section of the dock wasn't level. Not sure if that was low lake level or an issue with the dock itself. The dock boat cover seen in the photo did not exist, but there was a piece of black plastic flapping over half of it. The barbeque had an old hamburger on the grill when it was opened.The kitchen cupboard doors needed cleaning, along with other surfaces that were very dusty, especially the AC unit in the living room. There were several broken electrical outlets and the fan unit cover in the main bath was missing altogether. Upstairs vanity had a lot of issues. The switch for the garbage disposal was under the sink, near the rear. There have been leaks under the sink, but no one has repaired the rotten wood underneath.First impressions mean a lot, and the front deck/porch and door need some attention too.Overall, not bad, but it could have been better with a little more care and attention to details.

We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Lots of room for family of all ages, awesome yard and beach area, nice hot tub, easy and quick access to town. Highly recommend.

Great stay overall! Beds are comfortable. Lots of room for everyone. Nice flat, shaded yard to roam next to the beach and lake. Big driveway to play and park. Home, dock and kitchen ware are old. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and toys for the lake and sand. But overall would stay again. Thanks for sharing your home!

Family Vacation

Our three generation family enjoyed our stay. The lake is beautiful. Especially enjoyed the decks and dock. The pool table, pickle ball and hot tub were also popular with everyone. There was large spaces to gather the whole family, yet quiet areas to retreat to to rest and unwind. Very enjoyable vacation.

Overall this was a wonderful vacation. The Kitchen was extremely well-stocked. We had a family reunion with boating and notable birhdays. I left information with the neighbors (Dan & Stephanie) on other things found (minor) that I thought the homeowner would like to know. Very memorable week!

Location, location, location!!!!!! Very quiet and private, great lakeside presence, nice dock, great general area, lots of lake toys available, perfect weather, lake was relatively full, Silverwood Amusement Park nearby........... However, house is badly in need of some basic maintenance, very loud exhaust fans in several bathrooms, several lights and appliances didn't work. faucets didn't turn off all the way and dripped (annoying at night), air conditioning is barely adequate to keep house cool, overgrown trees with lots of dead branches, fruit tree at entrance needs to come out, mostly dead and lots of fruit on walkway entrance and then on shoes into the house... All in all a great spot and we had a great time despite the maintenance shortfalls, to be honest, I did maintenance for 45 years, so I notice these things. With some repairs, I would rent again for sure.

The location and waterfront are superb. The whole family enjoyed the dock and beach. We brought along our own paddleboards, life jackets and rented a boat for a few days.We had a trouble with the dock after a windy day, but the owner quickly had a crew out to fix it.The rooms and space in the house worked well for our large extended family. I do wish there had been some extra pillow cases as many of us like two pillows and there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. I bought a few at the Dollar Family store in town. The living room dining room, kitchen, game room are all open, so that made being with all 16 of us not feel crowded. Also the deck was great with lots of seating.A negative for us was that the pipes would "sing" in some water use combinations. Since we had 4 couples and teenage children, the getting up times began at 5 AM and some did not go to bed until 1 or 2 AM. So we were frequently awakened by the loud pipes. Not sure how that can be fixed easily. Overall a great place to stay on the lake. Bring your own water toys and enjoy the peace especially midweek

Trees over grown and scratched vehicles as you drive in, whole property could use some assistance with landscapers. House has 4 ac units. 1 ac downstairs to cover living space and 3 bedrooms and 3 ac units upstairs for 3 bedrooms. We cleaned out the filters they were very bad in hopes that they worked more efficiently. In order to keep rooms cool you Need to leave all doors open at all times so no privacy. The room upstairs with the bunk beds has no window and the ac unit must draft into the attic, which drained onto the floor of the room so the floor was very wet. Everything upstairs drafted through that room into the attic beings there were openings into the attic from the closet space. Again all doors had to be left open at all times. That room was not able to be utilized we were instructed to open all windows at sun down to cool things down as the temperature ran over 90 degrees in that bedroom with ac running. That ac unit did not have a filter so we tried really hard to clean out all the dirt and grime in it the best we could. That room was just not useable with the 90 degree heat. We did try to call Kevin to see if there was something else that could be done but did not receive call back. Propane was not filled, tables outside had lots of sap on them. We swept and cleaned things best we could. Inside house very cute, stocked well, nice house and would go back again with ac updates and maybe some more attention put on landscape and updates.

Plenty of space, close to the water, pickleball court was a hit, lots of parking, great neighbors, close to town and launch, and friendly owners with quick responses.We thoroughly enjoyed our time with children and grand children. (10 adults and 6 children)Only suggestions would be to have a deep clean done on the house and a little TLC on the dock and boat cover.

Family reunion at Spirit Lake

This was a very comfortable venue for our family reunion of 13 adults. The open kitchen/dining/living arrangement gave us plenty of space to be together. We brought kayaks to explore the beautiful lake. We also enjoyed exploring the little town of Spirit Lake. We recommend bringing your own games, sports equipment, beach towels, fire wood, etc.

Spirit lake is still kind of quiet compared to other lakes in the region. Not too windy and minimal boat traffic make it ideal for water sports. The proximity to town, golfing, and theme park is really nice.
