Lovely Accommodation

My husband and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The owner was very responsive. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the house: bottled water in the fridge, candy at the entrance, k-cups and sugar supplies, cozy throws on every chair/sofa, shampoo and body wash in the shower, etc. The mattress was very comfortable. The location was great, very close to US-1 and a Publix.

Luxury apartment

We needed a small place to stay one night that was close to the beach and this was perfect! So nicely furnished and up to date and a very cute patio area. My only regret is that we only stayed one night!

Quick getaway

We had a great time down town for a concert at the riverfront. Is was not far from the venue and from some great breakfast spots. Just wish I would have had more time to enjoy the actual space.

Wonderful Place by the river

This condo was beautiful and well stocked. The owner communication is excellent. I did have to ask for extra towels because there wasn’t enough provided. Owner got back to me and fixed the issue. I would come back but ask to stay on the bottom floor. We tend to come home late and it’s hard to keep kids quiet without disturbing people on the lower level. Very cute place and hope to visit again.

One night

The unit was nice. The steps were awkward. We had problems with lack of basic supplies however the manager was prompt in responding and telling us how to get the needed items. The unit had very basic things and no ice in the refrigerator although a separate machine was provided if we were willing to get it started. With a few extras that are usually found in a VRBO plus a better setup with the stairs, this could be a better rental.

Home Away From Home~

Property was super clean, quiet, including a comfy bed and there was ice cream. beverages etc. in the fridge! So cool! The view was amazing of the River and loved the patio. Lastly the neighbors in the community were so pleasant. The host responded to any questions needed asap... 10 stars! I recommend you stay here. We can't wait to come back. Thanks

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed this cute apartment. Located beside the Indian River in a very quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect place to escape to for a quick getaway. We enjoyed finding local places to eat and explored the Space Station and beach from Merritt Island to Cocoa Beach.

We live in Orlando, FL for the last 20 years. In 2021 we purchased this older house in this location because we fell in love with the beautiful and peaceful Rockledge neighborhood that is minutes away from the water and nearby outdoor attractions. We spent several months redesigning and renovating this place into a unique and elegant modern apartment. The renovation has just finished in May and is now available for rent. We can't wait to welcome you, your family, and friends to come to stay!
