Enjoy a peaceful stay at this cheerful 2-bedroom cottage in Cocoa. Built in 1960 and nestled on a 1/4 acre wooded property, the home has been completely renovated and updated specifically for the comfort of our guests. The cozy space features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a rain shower, and essential amenities like AC and Starlink WiFi. Relax in the park-like private property, comfortable porches and make yourself at home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip to Florida. This place was just exactly what we were looking for. We were able to quickly get to the beach. To the nature preserve. To cocoa village. Then come back here and relax. The place was very clean. Very comfortable. The hosts were great at communicating with us. I highly recommend it.

After a little speedbump, our stay couldn't have been better. The location was perfect for all our activities and the place is so nice with a great back yard and porch. When we got ahold of Joel, he was nice and welcoming. The cottage has great furnishings and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We only stayed 1 night to get to the cruise on time. The 2 Bedroom Cottage was good. I did find it a bit cold in each room. The very small heaters were not enough to keep the rooms warm. Also, don't park under the small tree. The birds will totally cover your car with poop. Other than that, the place was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a short stay.

The house is nicely remodeled . It served our needs as we were picking up relatives from a cruise at 10am. We felt safe despite a neighborhood that was definitely different from our usual vrbo stays . My husband was very bothered because he realized on the morning that we left that there is not smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector. We would have left had he realized that when we checked in.

This cottage was comfortable, cosy, very clean with all the amenities to make my stay special. I enjoyed the backyard view from the kitchen window and overall it was an excellent place to stay.

This was a great little place close to Cocoa Riverfront Park (about a 10 minute drive). Thé front porch and the side entrance provided privacy and nice sitting areas. We would stay again for future concerts in Cocoa.

Appreciated private deck and lanai area. Responsive hosts. Very happy with how clean home was-as family has dust allergies and had no issues! Loved wonderful shower with multiple shower heads/spray options. So close to Port Canaveral-convenient!

Weekend near Merritt Island

This property was perfect for the two of us. Comfortable beds. Clean. Plenty of space for us to park the truck and boat. Close to the water and boat ramps.

One night before a cruise

Everything about this place is wonderful!! The listing is very accurate so you know what to expect. The space was perfect fit for my family for our short stay. Lots of food options nearby, also pharmacy, dollar store, grocery etc. The host was great with communication for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!!

Met our needs for one night stay. The kitchen had a lot of ants and we killed a couple of large water bugs in the bedrooms. The kitchen light fixture needs to be cleaned. Other than that, everything v was clean and tidy.

Starting with the positive: the house itself is cute and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The neighborhood is a objectively a bit scruffy, but it's a fine place to sleep. That said, the experience was not one I'd want to repeat. The old electrical system was not prepared for the space heaters we needed to run during the late January cold snap, so breakers kept getting tripped. We were really cold, and eventually we lost use of the oven and hot water. The host did communicate with us, but was neither able to trouble-shoot the problem nor send someone to help. Without going into all the other details, the overall impression was that they had never spent a night in the place, and weren't ready to manage the unexpected. A promised partial refund was a nice gesture, but it has yet to materialize several weeks later.

One night here

We only stayed one night here but, the place was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the side porch. We didn't get to the house until 8pm. So, we didn't have to time to explore the neighborhood.We would definitely stay here again. The owners were quick to respond to all messages. s again.

We chose this neighborhood because of its close proximity to the EFSC Cocoa campus and the future Brightline Train Station, both within a mile. The Port Canaveral cruise terminal is only 10 miles away and many of our guests book for that reason. There’s ample shopping and rapid development in the surrounding area. This is a colorful, diverse and developing community that we are proud to contribute and belong to.

What makes our property unique is that we put a lot of personal care and upgrades inside and outside of the property. The home was built in 1960 and we went to great lengths to restore and preserve its unique character as well as modernize, upgrade and fortify the home itself.
