This 3 story townhome is in a gated community. You have access to a private, attached 2 car garage. Upon entry, there is a laundry room and one bedroom with backyard access. Second floor is an open living, dining, and kitchen setup that also has a half bathroom, master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The top floor is where the rooftop terrace is located which is "decked out" with patio furniture for you to enjoy our great weather.

Located in Knox Henderson, this is an extremely walkable area. On property, there is a private 2 car garage. There is additional guest parking behind the gates on a case by case basis, and there are available street parking opportunities as well. You can walk out of the complex and you are a block away from restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There is a Sprouts Grocery store down the street and you are about 3 minutes from I-75 which gets you to anywhere else you'd like to go in Dallas Proper. Ride sharing is extremely common around this area to get to other walkable neighborhoods nearby if you'd like.

AC- Adjust the temperature as you please but DO NOT lower past 68 Degrees or over 80 as this will damage the unit.
TV- We do not have cable TV. Just Netflix and Apple TV. It's turned on using the main remote and Apple TV remote.
