This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room TV setup worked well. We were quite comfortable here for a rather extended stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and a big part of this was due to the cleanliness of the home, we really value that in a vacation rental. The house felt homey and welcoming and the neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed our walk around the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend, thank you Brad and Carolin!

This was one of the best properties and host my family and I have ever stayed at! I can't recommend it enough! The house is in a great neighborhood, close to a good grocery store, and the host is extremely helpful. Also, the house in itself has really amazing finished and touches, and everything is extremely well done!!

90th Birthday Tour

Property was beautiful and well appointed. Had everything we needed. Property manager was so nice and attentive to any need we had. My 90 year old mom loved the dining room chairs. We came to celebrate her bday with family and the house worked out wonderfully for that. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful, spotless, and organized. We were very comfortable during the six days we stayed. I have family in Sioux Falls and hosted a ladies coffee and a family dinner. All the 'tool' needed were in the kitchen. We loved the beautiful and well kept neighborhood.

Beautiful home!

My family stayed at the Benelo for two nights while visiting family members in Sioux Falls. The location is excellent—very close to a big grocery store and numerous eateries. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated, immaculately clean, and a wonderful retreat. I used the kitchen to prepare meals to take to a larger family get-together and the kitchen had all of the dishes, pots and pans, etc. that I needed. Everything is on one level, and there is a no-entry shower. We enjoyed the fun collection of vinyl LPs and the vintage games! I had excellent communication with Brad, the host, before and during my stay. We hope to return the next time we’re in Sioux Falls!

WONDERFUL HOST

My friends and I could not have been happier with our stay! This house is as perfect in person as it is online. You need it? They have it. Exceptionally clean, and well planned VRBO home. The host was very helpful, thorough, and and overall excellent communicator. Something that sets this house apart from others is how well kept everything is, the whole house is fully stocked, and not just with gross hand me downs, but with NICE AND CLEAN household items! So many of these rentals have one old warped pan, and just 2 chipped plates. Not this rental! Overall amazing experience, can't say enough wonderful things. These host take pride in their home!

This was truly the perfect home base for us while we were visiting family. The hosts were incredible – so communicative, so many thoughtful details in the house, when we asked if there was a basketball for our son, they made sure one was waiting for him. When we arrived there were the ingredients to make waffles, and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. We lost power during our stay due to a storm and they checked in with us throughout. Truly a beautiful place – so clean, convenient, and comfortable. We even picked up some design ideas we may want to replicate in our own home. Wish there were more places like this all over the world! We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit.
