Private Guest Suite in the Blue Ridge Mountains with separate entrance

This private Guest Suite in our home that we call the Blue Ridge Chalet features free wifi, Roku TV, a kitchenette, stylish bathroom, outdoor living area and parking. We are located 15 minutes from the AVL Airport, Downtown Asheville, NC Arboretum and countless other attractions including the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway and Bent Creek park. Complimentary S'mores around our fire pit (availability & weather permitting) and a small grill can be provided upon request. 24 hr notice is necessary. This is a first floor unit with living space above, so there may be some sounds that can come from the upper unit.

Making arrangements with this location is very easy. Information about the booking is timely and helpful in planning. Check-in and Check-out is simple and easy. The hosts are very warm and personable. They have thought of everything from your safety and security to what you might need in the room. The room is comfortable and inviting. We always felt like we were coming home at the end of the day. We ended our stay with caffe and conversation on the morning of our departure.

If you’re in the Asheville area and looking for a place to stay, this is it! It was the perfect spot for my husband and me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful layout had everything we needed for a relaxing, home-away-from-home experience. We especially loved ending the day on the porch, taking in the beautiful sunset, it was the perfect way to wind down. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were delighted! Idyllic spot right outside Ashville; peaceful, quiet, beautifully decorated, welcoming, and comfortable beyond words. The porch was a treat, the diverse bird population (identified on my Merlin Bird ID app) made our stay extra special. A charming spot, hosted by a special human being, who puts great care into everything she touches. It shows. It was dreamy. We sure hope to return someday. 5 stars

The Guest Suite is accessed by a flight of stairs that lead to a wraparound porch with a set of private rocking chairs. While entering the space, there is a coat rack and small table for two. The adjustable king bed can be transformed into two adjustable twin beds. There is a large dresser, small built-in closet with plenty of storage and a kitchenette that contains a mini-fridge, coffee maker and a microwave.
