CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY! Old Town Entertainment district is a block away: great restaurants, shopping, & nightlife. Return to ground floor space with all amenities: high speed internet with dedicated business modem, stocked kitchen, peaceful private patio in interior of complex, covered parking, cable & 2 smart TVs. Blackout curtains in the bedroom for sleep and privacy. The complex has a large heated pool, large fluffy pool towels, hot tub & barbecues. Washers/dryers in complex. Owner managed. I'm a very experienced host and I really care.

The condo is furnished in a contemporary and fashionable style. There is a private covered patio. Original artwork throughout the condo. There's a welcome book in the condo with suggestions for places to eat and go out, along with activities. I am an Arizona native, and I can give you ideas on what to do and see in my lovely state; please contact me for ideas.

Receive the personal attention and service of an owner/manager who lives close by. I am not a property manager for a huge company; I will do all I can to make sure you have a comfortable and fun stay in my condo.

You have access to the entire condo, patio, and covered parking. The condo complex has a large heated pool, a spa, barbecues a sauna and a gym.

The pool and spa are controlled by the management and may be closed for repairs if necessary. There are no refunds given if the pool or spa is not in working order during your visit.

If you are traveling with small children, this is the place for you. I have a pack and play crib, high chair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, and children's toys and games. Let me know what you want and I will have them in the condo when you arrive, at no extra charge, subject to availability.

One dog may be allowed on a case by case basis provided all of these rules are adhered to. No other animals may be in condo. They must weigh under 35 pounds. Only one pet per stay. They must be house trained, well behaved, quiet and have their own bed to sleep in. Pets may not be left outside if guests are not home. Barking is disturbing to the other residents. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee. Guest must agree to pay for damages above $100 should there be any. You must receive Written consent from me before a dog can come to the property. No cats, I am deeply allergic to cats.

NO parties or smoking of any substance is allowed.

Parties are not allowed. Please follow all HOA rules (They are posted and in the Welcome book.) The HOA may assess fines for violations which will be charged back to you.

The smoking or vaping of any substance in the condo, on the patio, in front of the condo, and in the complex common areas is absolutely prohibited. Smoking within the condo will require a deep cleaning of drapery and upholstery, which will cost between $300 to $500. You will pay these fines if you smoke or vape inside the condo or on the grounds of the complex. So it's just easier to not to smoke!

Pets are not allowed without my written consent, and will require an extra cleaning fee. Bringing one without consent may cause you to lose your security deposit.

The air conditioning and heating are seasonal, and controlled by the management. Usually the change from a/c to heat around November 1, and the heat to a/c is around March 1. There are fans in the rooms so you should be comfortable. I have portable a/c units and heaters you can request; just let me know.

The condos have an air chiller system which works really well, even in the summer heat. It's a little different than individual air conditioners; each condo has a blower motor in the ceiling that blows the cold air from the chillers through the vents into the condo. There are also fans in the condo for you to use.

If you are traveling with a baby and want to have the baby items such as a crib, high chair, baby gate, toys and a stroller, please let me know which items you would like when you make your reservation. I will place them in the condo for you when you arrive; they are not in the condo at all times.

The condo complex is in the heart of Old Town. While the unit is quiet, it's possible you may hear some neighbor or street noise.

Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.) For long term stays of one month or more, USPS mail service is available. Please ask for instructions.

The quilts on the beds may not be the same as the photos. I change them frequently to make sure they are perfect for my guests.
