CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY! Mid Century vibe in artsy condo. Modern amenities in Old Town Arts district, steps from Valley Ho hotel. Ground floor unit with 2 large bedrooms, original artwork, high speed internet with dedicated business modem, outdoor table and chairs, and full size washer/dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen and outside BBQ. 2 smart TVs with Hulu Live. Pool with patio furniture to enjoy, and large fluffy pool towels in the condo for you. Close to Main Street, with independent restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Reserved covered parking. Owner managed. I'm a very experienced host and I really care.

Receive the personal attention and service of an owner/manager who lives close by. I am not a property manager for a huge company; I will do all I can to make sure you have a comfortable and fun stay in my condo.

I am an Arizona native, I love to hike, and I can give you ideas on what to do and see in my lovely state. Please contact me for ideas.

Enjoy the pool in this quiet complex. The pool is for people staying at the condo; no invited guests. The pool is heated except for December 1 to January 31. The pool is controlled by the management and may be closed for repairs if necessary. There are no refunds given if the pool is not in working order during your visit. .

If you are traveling with small children, this is the place for you. I have a pack and play crib, highchair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, and children's toys and games. Let me know what you want and I will have them in the condo when you arrive at no extra charge, subject to availability.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The pool, barbecues and covered patio and seating space is shared. This is a small complex so you may have much of the common areas to yourselves.

The condo complex is in the heart of Old Town. While the unit and small complex are quiet, it's possible you may hear some neighbor or street noise.

Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.) For long term stays of one month or more, USPS mail service is available. Please ask for instructions.

The quilts on the beds may not be the same as the photos. I change them frequently to make sure they are perfect for my guests.

This was a superb rental. The place was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with all fixtures in good condition, nice quality towels, in a pleasant quiet complex in a great location. The host was very welcoming and easy to connect with. It felt very ‘homey’ comfortable, even though I didn’t spend much time there! I would definitely recommend it, and definitely book it again.

What a lovely little condo in the Old Town area. The whole streets (2nd Ave) like talking a walk down 1950-1960s boutique open air hotel experience. Minutes from Scottsdale ballpark and shopping/restaurants. Fabulous communication from management. Will return without question!

Janet is a great host and her place is wonderful. Modern furnishings, sofa was even more comfortable than mine at home. Very comfortable and well equipped. Location is great. Neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet, yet it’s a few blocks from all the restaurants in old town. Very walkable. Would stay there again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay for a young family

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had our infant daughter with us it was great to have a space that she could explore that was clean! The place was within walking distance to several great restaurants and close to attractions. The owner had some great restaurant suggestions as well. Would definitely return!

Great property!

From booking to check in to check out, it was smooth and easy. Our host was great to help me with a problem with booking. She was communicated everything very well and checked in with us to make sure we didn’t have any problems during our stay. Location was great and in a good neighborhood. The condo was clean, cute and had everything we needed. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Tiki Takeover

We stayed here during Tiki Oasis and it was a perfect location. Short walk to the Valley Ho and far enough away to have complete quiet when back at the condo. The place was super clean and relaxing. A quick walk to the coffee shop on 2nd Street made for a great neighborhood sightseeing and delicious food/drinks. I will definitely stay again.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

My friends and I had a great stay at Janet’s place. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. Most shops and restaurants in downtown Scottsdale were walkable - less than a mile away. The complex was nice, quiet and clean. We came for spring training and found it easy to get around with a car rental. Would definitely consider staying at Janet’s place again!

Scottsdale Gem - Fantastic Host

Very Very nice. Lovely condo. Full kitchen. Very much appreciated the fixin's for coffee the first morning, so we didn't need to run out. Janet gave us great instructions and returned all our messages promptly. Two blocks to Old Town arts/nightlife district and many nearby supermarkets. Unit has a gas grill and pool. Great choice.

Family Vacation 2025

First I want to say how great Janet is as a property manager. She was super responsive to all my questions and made communication very easy. The location was great. Very easy to navigate to all the fun activities and shopping. The property had everything our family needed to make our stay comfortable and it was very clean. I have stayed at other properties before and Janet really provides a lot of the day to day items needed that I hate having to buy for just a week. The only issue I had was the family room sitting situation wasn’t very comfortable for all of us to hang out. There is only one smaller couch and two arm chairs. The beds could be a little more comfortable but I don’t like very firm mattresses. Over all this was a great place and very reasonably priced.

I'm an Arizona native, outdoor enthusiast and grandma. I can advise you on fun outdoor activities for any age and ability range. Each of my condos comes with a welcome book with suggestions with some of my favorite activities and restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale. If it's not in the book, I can help you find what you need. The condo is in the Garden Arts District of Old Town Scottsdale. The small complex is Mid-Century Modern, close to the iconic Valley Ho Hotel. You will really feel like a Scottsdale resident while staying at my clean, quiet property. You’ll often have the pool to yourselves. The condo is clean and comfy; guests rave about the mattresses.

I live in Scottsdale and work hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. I pride myself in providing a clean space for guests, and taking care of guest concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is in the best part of Old Town: The Garden Arts District. Walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. Cross the main street to get to the Arizona Canal which is a long and beautiful walking and biking path. (I can advise you on where you can rent bikes.)

PLEASE NOTE:
Absolutely NO parties are allowed.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the complex or in the parking area. The smoking or vaping of any substance in the condo, patio area in front of the condo, and in the condo common areas is prohibited. The HOA fine for smoking on the grounds is $75. Smoking within the condo will require a deep cleaning of drapery and upholstery, which will cost between $300 to $500. You will pay these fines if you smoke or vape inside the condo or on the grounds of the complex. So it's just easier to not to smoke!

The pool is for people staying at the condo, no invited guests.

Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Bringing one in may cause you to lose your security deposit.

Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.)
