Bodega Bay Seabreeze Retreat

Make memories at this unique, spacious, family-friendly retreat. Every room of this beautiful 3200 sq.' Sonoma wine country ocean retreat has been thoughtfully designed to provide every guest with a unique 5-star experience. This immaculate, spacious home sits privately on a 1/4 acre fenced and gated lot with plenty of grass for kids to play while adults enjoy the peaceful views of the natural coastal landscape behind the home. Enjoy the peek-a-boo view of the bay while sipping a beverage and enjoying the sea breeze from the upstairs deck sitting area.

After a fun day at the beach, entertain downstairs and relax in the indoor pool and non-jetted hot tub while watching the 65" big screen TV. Pool room provides two bistro tables, melamine dishes, silverware, plastic wines and beer glasses (no glass in pool area) and a large bar area with a sink for prepping.

Right outside the pool area is a fully equipped grilling area. Choose from a large gas grill or a smoky Traeger grill (bring your favorite pellets). Includes a mini-fridge for drinks and condiments. The lighted patio has a large table with seating for ten adults. If it gets chilly, fire up the two gas heaters. *NOTE, OUTSIDE SINK IS NOT FUNCTIONAL AT THIS TIME.

The large downstairs game room features a 75" large screen TV, queen size wall bed, and luxurious sitting area. Outdoor kitchen features a BBQ, mini-fridge, Traeger grill, large table with seating for ten. Gym includes adjustable dumbbells, yoga mats, and infrared sauna.

Your gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with a wine fridge, pots, pans, spices, salt and pepper, oil, air fryer, instapot, oven, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, blender, baking sheets, butcher block cutlery, Keurig k-cups, bring your favorite pods and sweeteners as we do not provide them.

There are four bedrooms, two on each side of the house, divided by a comfortably designed living room. Each of the large bedrooms offer a best in class sleeping experience with luxurious mattresses, linens and plenty of pillows. Every bedroom has a large 55" TV. Downstairs in the game room there is an additional, comfy, queen size Murphy bed.

Relax in the living room on the extra-large sectional while watching the 65" big screen TV or enjoy conversation with friends. The living room features a dry bar with beautiful wine and beer glasses and mixology books so you can create your own unique libations. After visiting the many wineries in the area pour yourself a glass and enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace.

Hop on one of the four bicycles (helmets not included) and take a short trail ride to the open ocean at Bodega Dunes. It is ten minutes on a bike or four minutes by car. Near the home is the Coastal Prairie Trail. It is in the northernmost portion of the 3.4-mile Bodega Bay bike and pedestrian trail that provides a safe biking and walking experience along Hwy 1 between Salmon Creek and Doran Regional Park.

Please be advised that after the booking request is sent, the house rules will follow in case you didn't see them. In order for your reservation to be accepted, you must read and accept the house rules by replying via email "yes, I accept the house rules." within 20 hours of booking request. Failure to do so will result in us declining the reservation.

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please note that refunds will not be given if not within the specified cancellation timeframe for things outside of my control such as weather, reasonable power or internet outages, natural disasters, personal injury, illness, trip interruptions or death of a family member.

Family or friends who love to RV can be across the road at quiet Bodega Bay RV Park. Many of the unincorporated areas of Bodega have unpaved roads, including ours. You can walk a few hundred steps to the best Mexican food in town.

The stairs leading to the pool area are steep. We added carpet to reduce slipping, a lockable child safety gate at the top, and a keypad for access control to the pool area from inside the house. Parents can choose to keep the pool area unlocked or locked based on preference. Please note that we have a remote for guests to use that will heat the spa in about 15 minutes. This remote is ONLY for the spa. We remotely heat the pool to 80 degrees. However, between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am., the heating of the spa will be unavailable due to the pool filtration system being on. Please be care when entering the pool, the steps are tile and are slippery. There is a handrail to use when entering the pool.

There are 3 security cameras onsite, located at points of entry. Tampering with the cameras could result in the immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. There is also an excessive noise detector located outside at the back of the house.
