Enjoy breathtaking ocean and golf course views from this spacious vacation home, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to eight guests. With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two sleeper sofas, the layout works well for families or groups traveling together.
The lower level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two twin beds), and a full bathroom. This level opens to the deck, where guests can use the propane barbecue and enjoy golf course views and wildlife sitings.
The main level features the living room and a designated desk area for remote work or trip planning.
The upper level contains the primary bedroom, which includes a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom. This level provides added privacy and space for larger groups.
Washer and dryer are included as well as an outlet for an EV charger in the garage.
The home is approximately a 15-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the clubhouse and BlueWater Bistro restaurant, offering convenient access to local amenities while maintaining a quiet setting.
