This is 500 feet from the water- not on the water! Looking for a weekend getaway with friends or family? Maybe a quick fishing trip? Or even just a place to relax for a couple of days. No matter what your reason is, this is a perfect place to unpack your bags and call home for a few days! Walk 500 ft to Safe Harbor Aqua Yacht Marina to launch your boat, rent a boat or eat!

This fun home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, large porch with a charcoal grill, fire pit, 2 car garage (can store boat inside or outside) & more! Porch has a lake view of the marina. Plenty of parking area for cars or a boat. Lots of grass for the kids to play or enjoy a game of cornhole with family and friends. Kitchen is fully stocked. There’s also an additional ice maker for the cooler. Board games are available as well as a full sized new ping pong table in the garage. Walking distance to the marina for great food, boat rentals, paid boat storage (marina boat storage not included,) and a shop.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to the lake, restaurants, rentals, and nearby attractions from this centrally located place. Enough room to entertain the entire family!

The deck needed cleaning when we arrived. Cobwebs everywhere. We spend most of the time sitting outside. We spent a few minutes cleaning it. The inside was fine though we couldn't use the dishwasher because of no dishwasher pods or detergent. Minor complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Oh yeah, the gutters are completely clogged all around the house.

Great home-very cozy. Freezer had to be cleaned-exploded drink left. TV had some issues but they were sporatic. Few minor things like availability of cookware/dishes-very old and not many, But able to get by-we just cook ALOT and did bring some items with us. No check out instructions left. Overall very happy with our stay-we are repeat visitors and will definitely stay again. Had a great long weekend!

We had our family here for the week of the 4th and we loved it! It’s right across the road from the marina where we kept our boat and we had a perfect view of the firework show!

Great location, not that clean

The location was great, house description was accurate, check in and check out was easy, cleanliness was an issue, the sheets, towels, and dishes were the only thing clean, the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in sometime, we had to clean the fridge before we could put food in there, we did make the host aware and hopefully the issue will be addressed for future guests.

Our family really loved the house. It was conveniently located to Aqua Yacht Harbor. It was a great floorplan and worked well for us.

Tournament practice week.

We enjoyed the house and the location is perfect for any lake activity. The parking is perfect we had three trucks with boats and there was room to spare. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great location for boating and water activities!

Great house for my family of 5 adults and 3 children ages 1-5 (plenty of space for more kids). Kitchen had everything we needed and clean. Large porch for playing, grilling and dining. So conveniently located a stones throw from Aqua Marina and Grill- shout out to Leonard at Pickwick Boat Rentals! We will hopefully return next year 🤗

Pretty place.

It was a nice place. Could have used a good deep cleaning. Thought the view would have been a little better of the lake. I didn’t pay close enough attention to that from the pictures. The porch was nice except it could have used some cleaning as well. Over all it was nice and we had a great time. Also, tons of space upstairs for a large family.

Great Place to stay

The house was nice and clean. The children loved their room upstairs with all the windows. We had fun playing ping pong and cornhole. We had friends in the area and they were plenty of space for them to come over and visit. The owner was only a call away if we had needed her.. We had no problems with the house at all.

Nice Home!!

We had a great stay in this home for our annual sibling trip! It was all adults and having 3 king beds was wonderful. I will add that there is also an awesome room upstairs with 4 twin beds, TV and couch, etc. which would be great for kids or a bigger group. We cooked in breakfast every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed! I also thought the beds were extremely comfortable and had nice linens. My only recommendation might be having a little more detailed directions to the house and a guide for finding channels on the TV's. (This probably wouldn't have been an issue if we had children with us!:):)

Change of venue

The review is for another place we stayed because this place became not available on the day of the reservation. The owner promised $100 refund for our troubles but unfortunately that never happened. Thus the poor communication with the owner.

Small but cozy

The house was unlocked when we arrived. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom and the master bedroom closet was full of piles of dirty linens. The dryer was not working with a sign that said there was a dryer in the garage which was full of towels. The upstairs bathroom is extremely small and there were not enough towels for all of us. 6 people total stayed. It was noisy from the traffic close by which is main highway thru and the view of the lake on the website is not what you see from the deck. The boys enjoyed the room upstairs, that was probably a plus. It did have cozy feel and was ok but more than 6 people could be crowded in the kitchen and living room area. There were no checkout instructions that we could find.

Beautiful home

The house and its surroundings is just perfect! Loved sitting on the porch. Everything inside that you possibly need. We had a problem w/finding it, but the owner was on the phone with us in a minute! Hope to come again with friends! Thank you
