Enjoy a relaxed summer vacation in this cozy beach home. The open front porch welcomes you. As you enter this home you will find a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, additional den with bar, and 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a double bed, and the back den has a futon. The back fenced yard is oversized with a large paver patio, storage shed and outdoor shower. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. PETS WELCOME

Everything we needed

Great location! Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants, etc. So happy our dogs could join us. Very comfortable space.

Wonderful week

We had a great week. The weather was fabulous. A short walk to the ocean. A short walk to the bay in the evening to see beautiful sunsets.

Disappointed will not stay again

While location was great, the house was not. We’ve rented on the island for years and stayed in other dog, friendly rentals, and this was by far the least cleanly especially when you spend that kind of money for a weeks vacation. There were ants on the kitchen counter, by their dogs crate, and in the one bedroom. The skylights leaked water into the house when it rained, the radiator covers were missing with exposed wires and the light fixture was hanging off in the hallway. To add to it, they don’t explain in the listing that if you run the living room air conditioner unit with the 3 bedroom air conditioner units, it will trip the breaker. We could not locate the breaker box, we communicated via the app and texted the host who did not reply for three hours, so we had no air running in the summer heat. Only to be told that the breaker box to check was behind a picture. Meanwhile, there are pictures all throughout the house. I have videos of the ants, crawling around the mattress topper, and also of the water leaking into a bucket but on here you can’t upload videos. If you want location convenience, this is the house, if you’re looking for anything else it’s not.

Rough diamond

To be perfectly honest when i first walked in and walked around i was kindove disappointed. The curtain for the one bedroom was shoved in a closet and the mattress was a bit underwhelming. Also there were ants on the kitchen table and island. The oven racks didnt fit flush in the oven and the toaster oven didnt work so pretty much cooking there was not happening... now the good... The neighborhood and location was amazing. Easy walking a block to great restaurants, shops and the beach. Perfect. We brought 2 dogs and the backyard was large and secure. Some simple upgrades like twin beds in a room or a check of working appliances would have really made this house worth the price, since it was expensive for a week compared to other properties with better amenities, such as an extra bath or 2. I would rent here again because of location and pet friendly but after all the fees it was a larger price than it should have been.

Beach days

Cute property. Close to beach. My one criticism is with the lack of instructions regarding the TV . We had the internet go down on Wed evening. Tried to remedy through contact and were told the cable was good to the house. Tried to reboot system numerous times with no result. The contact persons response was other people rented there and didnt have any problems! Problem was never resolved.
