Charming Beach Bungalow

Welcome to The Bungalow on Brig! Don't miss your chance to enjoy this charming beach bungalow in the heart of Brigantine Beach, NJ. This home has been tastefully updated and offers two lower-level bedrooms, a 3rd spacious loft bedroom, two full baths, and an outdoor shower. Dual-zone central HVAC. There is a large paver patio for grilling/entertaining guests and front deck for a relaxing evening retreat. The Bungalow on Brig sleeps 6 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. We do not have cable TV but do have WiFi. Please bring ALL bedding. (rear lower bedroom - 1 - Full, front lower bedroom - 1 full & 3 twins, upper loft - 1 queen), beach/bath towels, beach chairs, suntan lotion, and personal toiletries. Close to local favorites Soulberri, Yianni’s Cafe, Bella Luna Mexican grill, Ocean Beverage, Andre’s Wine Bar, and LaGuna Rum/Beach Bar. Also, Wawa is located two blocks away.

Great beach house

We had a great stay in Brigantine at this bungalow. House was in great shape and everything we expected. Highlights for us were its backyard patio with gas grill, central location to shops and restaurants and short walk to beach.

adorable cottage

The cottage was adorable. it's listed exactly like it is. It sits back from the road a little bit, there's plenty of parking for 2 cars in the driveway and on the street. It's quite spacious with plenty of room for everyone visiting.

Everything you need is a block or two away. Restaurants, shops and the beach. The bungalow has you covered. Clean, comfy and the loft is really cool to walk into. Nice outdoor shower and grill. Listen to the waves crash at night.. It was a great week.

Perfect house in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in this Brigantine Bungalow! There were only 3 of us but this house could easily accommodate several more adults. The house is exactly as described. Kitchen well appointed. Space to spread out on the front deck or back patio. And the location is absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to everything: beach, restaurants, Wawa, etc. Great communication with Brandon, the owner, who was wonderful to deal with and always quick to respond to messages. You really get the feeling that he genuinely wants you to have a great experience at his home. We hope to return again soon!

Bungalow @ Brig on 12thS (Location, location, location)

Location just past the Brigantine town hall is perfect. Soul Berri and Crab take out 1 block away. 3-4 minute walk to beach or bay. Catch sunrises and sunsets right on your block. Liquor store right on main also. We had originally booked week of the 4th but needed to move the date and owner was accommodating, as it was still open. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 guests (kids friends). Loft is very nice feature and AC is good and fans in all rooms (on remote). Will look to book another week next summer.

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation. The location was close to beach and restaurants. The house was clean and uncluttered. A/C and ceiling fans kept us very comfortable during a rather hot week. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Warm and cozy winter beach weekend

We had a great time renting the bungalow. The house has a great beach vibe and good space for 4 adults. The main bedroom is a loft, and while it’s open to sound/light from the living room, it was tucked away and private from the kitchen/dining space and other bedrooms. There are only two bathrooms inside the house, plus an outdoor shower (rather than 3 as listed) but it was ok for our small group. Loved the little beachy details and the cute decor. The house was a warm and cozy retreat for a winter weekend in Brigatine!

Cute place close to the beach!

Everything about this house was fantastic! The dining table set up is a little weird, but was easy enough to pull out into the kitchen area. They have a nice sassy seat that can attach to the indoor or outdoor eating areas, which was great for our one year old. Would definitely book again here if we were in Brigantine!

Perfect Beach House

Great location! Close to beach, supermarket, Yannis, Andres Italian restaurant, bike rental, liquor store. Lovely home, clean, open, nicely decorated. Nice patio for grilling and eating outside. Nice porch for chilling out front.
