The name of the property says it all. Whether you are looking to play golf, relax on the beach, or hit the tennis courts, this condo is the place for you. This updated two-bedroom condo overlooks Court #10 of the Racquet Club. Your stay will be steps away from three pools and just a short distance to multiple beach accesses and golf courses. This well-planned condo will provide plenty of space for you and your loved ones to spend hours together. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy a meal in. The large living room is the perfect place to cool off with seating for everyone, and the two porches (one screened) are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon libation. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in shower and a private porch. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king and also features a private porch.

Gate access for one vehicle is included in stay. Additional vehicle gate pass is $40. There is a maximum of two vehicles (including LSV) allowed at a time.

The condo was nice except one thing there was a very unlevel piece of flooring between the kitchen and the living room we kept tripping or stumping our toes so we had to place 2 stools across it to remind us of the very high piece of moulding there other than that it was ok

Pros: great location, kids loved that there were toys and books, we enjoyed the screened in patio.Check in: the instructions we were sent regarding amenity cards were out of date. They stated we would need to pick up a physical card, but this is now done in the app. Not a big deal as I was about to figure it out with the club.Accuracy: listing includes “whirlpool spa” - this does not exist in any of the club amenities.Cleanliness: when we walked in the first thing we saw was a dead cockroach. Overall it did not feel clean. The only sponge there looked gross, there were no paper towels. I did not feel comfortable using any kitchenware to cook as the insides of the cupboards were very dirty. The washing machine was full of mold. The box springs in the twin beds were not covered and all bedding was ratty. It was not very enjoyable to spend time inside. Additionally, though not the owners fault, the dog and kids above us were extremely loud without regard to neighbors. The deposit is absurdly high given the conditions.

Excellent experience - hosts were extremely responsive to questions/concerns and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Truly a great value for the money / amenity cards included and the privacy of Seabrook sets it apart from many other locations. We spent majority of our 8 days by the pool and beach. Sunrises were beautiful and seafood was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Really great stay in Seabrook. We visit every year, and thought the location of the home was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. Just a hundred yards from the main pool house with gym, playground, basketball courts and soccer nets. Kids loved it. Easy 15 minute bike ride to the clubhouse on the back of the island. Great place for anyone with 2 kids with the bed setup. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying in this unit on Seabrook Island. One word that describes it is easy. The island is wonderful and our new favorite place to stay. The unit was very clean and had lots of beach supplies and bikes. We will definitely be back

Great Seabrook Stay with Thoughtful Extras!

This was our fifth visit to Seabrook, and this adorable unit was perfect! We love staying at the Courtside Villas for their easy access to Freshfields, Bohicket, and the Lake House pool-- and this spot did not disappoint.What really stood out were all the thoughtful extras. The beach chairs, bikes, toys, and towels were a total gamechanger and made our beach days so much easier. It’s clear that Mollie and Drew have put a lot of care into making their home comfortable and convenient for all types of travelers.Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

More attention to detail needed

Seabrook is a high end resort that allows property owners to get top dollar for their rentals, in return we expect a welcoming home away from home. The furnishings were out of date and in need of repair. The sofa and chairs were heavily stained. Someone had spilled coffee inside a kitchen cabinet and the cookie sheets had food stuck to them. The bedrooms and bathrooms were more updated. We had difficulty sleeping several nights because of noisy neighbors upstairs and felt some of this was due to the quality of construction. There are 3 nice outdoor seating areas with new furniture.

Wonderful Family Beach Trip

Our family of four had a great time in Seabrook. Drew and Mollie's condo was perfect... it's in a great location for walking and biking to town, the beach, and pools. They were very responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations. We will definitely return.

Family Vacation

Great place, we have stayed here a few times. Love being close to Freshfields and getting out to Charleston is easy from this location. Just a quick drive to the beach/pool. We love that they have bikes to use, and we really enjoy riding over to visit the horses. Amenity cards are a big plus with this unit!

Great stay , nice location

Great location close to Lakehouse facility, Lake and pool, private pool also closed se by, closer to the gate for easy bike rides over to Fresh fields village or Bohicket.. condo was clean and had everything you need for nice weeks stay.. amenity cards are made available which is really nice. Drew, property owner very responsive to any questions or even small issue we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great, comfortable kid-friendly condo

We had a great week at Drew & Mollie’s condo on Seabrook. The Lake House pool across the street was a great place to spend the evenings and wind down. We loved having a LSV to drive to the beach and beach club. The condo is very kid-friendly with twin beds in the guest room, games, and kid cups and utensils. It was a nice treat to have so many towels available—that is often not the case in rentals! The beds were comfortable, too. Drew was very responsive to any questions we had! This did not affect our stay at all, but I will say a few minor things could be updated — the screen doors need to be restrung, the dishwasher is very loud (pro tip: run it before you leave the condo for the day because it’s all you will hear), and the lock on the door is a bit complicated and can stick. Like I said — nothing that affected our stay but could be updated in the future. :)

Great stay

Condo has everything you need. Lots offered to do, horseback riding, bike riding, swimming and plenty of tennis and pickle ball courts. You do have to drive every where. I was disappointed that we weren’t closer to the ocean. We didn’t have the best weather so we were limited to 1 day at the beach. So with those days we did get to relax, read, play games and nap.

Great Family Vacation

My family enjoyed this lovely condo. It met all our needs and the hosts were very easy to communicate with throughout the process. This was my first experience lodging so close to the gate, but it was fantastic. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to check out One Shore Love. We look forward to the opportunity to have you as a guest. We are a local family that enjoys escaping Charleston and spending time on Seabrook Island. With backgrounds in Hospitality and Real Estate, we jumped at the opportunity to own our own condo on Seabrook in 2022 and be able to host others to create wonderful memories and traditions. We have two young boys, who spend hours in the pool. eating ice cream, playing golf and riding their bikes all over the island seeing something new every time.

The location of this Courtside Villa is everything we wanted. Close to the pools, beach, Freshfields Village, and biking/walking trails. Having the large deck overlooking the tennis courts is an added bonus, with plenty of room to eat a meal, sit and relax, or watch some tennis.

Courtside Villa is perfectly situated towards the front of Seabrook Island making it easy to get to whatever amenity you are interested in within the gates or a short bike ride to visit Freshfields Village to stroll the shops or eat at one of the fantastic restaurants.
