The condo was well kept and had plenty of everything needed. We had a small issue with connecting to wifi (user error) and the host was immediately available to rectify the issue, even on a Friday night. I highly recommend this host and condo!

I was not expecting a grand place, and I could have got past the outdated & worn furnishings as the place is well situated, a good size for a small family, and the beds are comfortable. But it’s unmaintained, REALLY DIRTY, and it is obvious that no one pays attention to any kind of detail. The front deck is rotting & un-swept with a tattered door mat. The plates and glasses were greasy – some unwashed, most cups chipped. The inside of the oven was filthy – as was the grill. The kitchen floor was sticky, the baseboards dusty, and the drawers full of detritus.One stove burner does not work. The screen door is ripped & gets stuck. The towels - stained and threadbare. The closet held three bent wire hangers and a damp-rid bag full of water. The dryer was full of towels & sheets no one had bothered to put away. When we arrived the trash can was full. We had to contact the owner to get it collected. When we left it was full again. I could go on...Some VRBOs leave local information or artisanal food or bath products. Those are unexpected, but nice touches, and go a long way to making you feel like the hosts care about your stay. In contrast, at this condo the dish and hand-soap bottles were all but empty. There were some out-of-date herbs in the pantry. If the owners were to give this place a deep clean and spend a few hundred dollars on maintenance and upgrades it could be a wonderful rental. As it is, there are much nicer places to stay on the island. Look elsewhere.

Great Value

This unit was very clean upon check-in. Positives were some of the upgrades like a new kitchen faucet and new ceiling fan in master bedroom. This townhouse was bug-free, kitchen was well appointed for family meals, and late check-out is very nice! We hope to stay again!

Good location, a bit dated

We actually had a lovely stay with our family, but we did have to reach out repeatedly to the owners as there was no information on anything nearby or location, wise or beach information or any visitor information for renters. The owners responded promptly saying there used to be a pamphlet and they have to see what happened to it. The place wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but it wasn’t terrible. It was details such ans stains or crumbs in foldout couch etc. We met the cleaner and she was a lovely lady. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay on the island I would recommend it just know you’re going to have to Figure things out on your own. Or repeatedly contact the owners who were quick to respond.

Enjoyed spending our spring break here!

We come to Seabrook often, but this was our first time staying at this villa. Everything was comfortable, clean, and we had just what we needed. We spent lots of time sitting on the back porch which was so nice this time of year!

Great gateway

Perfect for the two of us. Very quiet and beautiful location. Until had everything we needed. Close to many activities (golf for us). Plenty of room for more guests we never used the other bedroom. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!!

The house was clean and the host was very responsive if we had questions. The house was perfect for a family of 4. We loved looking out at the golf course from the screened in back porch and taking a short drive to the beach. Our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Debbie, but the host very willing to work with us. So amazing. We will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Nice Seabrook Island Retreat

Great communication with the owner, very clean upon arrival, nice accommodations. Late checkout and Lakehouse fitness center card were major bonuses for our family.

In town for a wedding

Condo was nice but needs a good cleaning. Mold in the shower and kitchen floor was sticky. Overall just did not feel comfortable that it was clean. Not a bug in sight though. But host responded very quickly regarding parking pass and that was appreciated.

Perfect

The condo was perfect. The location overlooking 17 green was amazing. We saw the most incredible wildlife during our evening walks along the golf course. Our only minor complaint was that we almost couldn’t make tee times because the owner of the condo was not a member of the golf courses. The amenities club was able to fix that with a nominal fee.

Great Stay

Greatly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook. The owner was quick to respond and will send you everything you need to know about the area. The property is a little dated but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Great place for a quiet stay near the beach.

Quiet Villa

This was the perfect spot for our small family to enjoy! It was tucked away and quiet with pretty views. We loved using the Lake House Pool and exploring the island.

Perfect weekend getaway

This villa was perfect for us and our two kids. We loved biking around the neighborhood and to the beach. King bed in master bedroom is really comfy and we loved the large screen porch overlooking the golf course!

Cook 2022 Summer Vacation
