My wife and I lived in Vienna for some years and return regularly. This perfectly-located, “old-world” apartment is the perfect home base for enjoying all Vienna has to offer. Monika was responsive if needed, but with everything at hand at the well-equipped apartment, we simply enjoyed our weeks of living again in Vienna.

Wonderful old-fashioned apartment in rhe historic center. We lived rhe feeling of being in an apartment that felt like your grandmother’s, if she lived in turn-of-the century Vienna. The place is large and very comfy; staying here was in itself a museum experience worthy of rhe best Vienna museum.We were unfortunate in that the lift was our rhe entire time we were there, which meant a long walk up 3 flights on the spiral staircase. Our host, who responded wuickly whenever I got in touch, was as apologetic and as helpful as possible, though unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. For an old apartment, it had a very new kitchen and shower. Hot water came up quickly. The apartment is pretty well maintained, though not pristine. There are areas, such as under the bedroom chest, which could use a good cleaning. But overall, the place is oozing charm and character and you can’t go wrong staying in a place that feels like you’ve stepped into a Time Machine and woke up a century earlier.

Comfy, spacious, quiet, well-equipped, old style, in a great location

Since we don't go out for meals we appreciated that the place had a well equipped kitchen, real dining table, spacious living room with lots of comfy sofas, and good lighting. It's older and wonderfully quirky but clean, and everything was in good working order. Excellent location for walking everywhere in old city center Communication with owner's rep was good. Would stay here again if visiting Vienna in the future.

Very good apartment in Vienna with a very central location

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartment in Vienna. There was what we needed. And it was certainly centrally located in the city.The apartment was a bit cool and it was not possible to warm it up.

Good location. Very responsive host. Because we stayed for one month, it would’ve been nice to get weekly or bi-weekly cleaning as part of the service. I did not want to clean the apartment and wash the linens and towels while on vacation.

Es waren angenehme Gäste aber wenn Sie eine wöchentliche Reinigung wollten, dann müssten Sie es sagen und auch bezahlen. Im Preis war nur die Endreinigung inbegriffen.

A Beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of the old city

We LOVED the ceilings and the chandeliers, and well pretty much just EVERYTHING about this apartment! It was a taste of old Vienna beginning with the stairwell and elevator to the Jugendstil ceilings. The area has several reasonably priced restaurants, winding cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages passing on a connecting street, a lovely cookbook/spice store that even serves coffee & tea just around the corner, and a wonderful bakery around the other corner. We had a terrific vacation and the apartment was absolutely one of the best parts! The only down side was that the internet went out the last two days of our stay.

A charming apartment in the heart of Vienna

We very much enjoyed the authenticity of the apartment. It has character, and it is furnished with elegance and taste, with many personal touches (owls, paintings, instead of the typical cold Ikea-like decor). That said, the bedroom had rather musty pillows and duvets, the handheld shower was not working, and the place needed a through professional cleaning. These details did not detract much from what was in general a wonderful stay.

Eine wunderschöne und stilvolle Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Jugendstilhaus. Sehr zentral und trotzdem unfassbar ruhig. Von den anderen Bewohnern hört man so gut wie nichts. Super ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett. Sehr viel Platz für die mitgebrachte Kleidung. Freundlicher Kontakt mit der Besitzerin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist herrlich altmodisch mit hohen Stuckdecken, Kronleuchtern etc. Vielleicht an manchen Stellen etwas voll, dafür aber sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt. Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Graben und Kohlmarkt ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung in direkter Nähe zu Touristenattraktionen

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man auch von Zuhause kennt. Wir waren zwei Reisende und haben sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Schlafsofa in Anspruch genommen. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend, zu dritt geht es vielleicht auch noch, aber zu viert wäre es wahrscheinlich etwas wenig Platz. Die Kommunikation lief völlig unkompliziert ab und der Empfang beim Check-in war trotz beträchtlicher Verspätung des Flugs super freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt in der Fußgängerzone und man kann z. B. die Hofburg in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Zu den U-Bahn-Linien ist es ebenfalls nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Von dort aus kann man dann problemlos auch zu weiter außerhalb gelegenen Tourismuszielen gelangen. Die Wohnung bietet sich dank ihrer üppigen Ausstattung auf jeden Fall auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt an. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet

Der Aufzug aus alten Zeiten trug uns in eine andere Zeit mit vornehm knarrendem Parket, Karlsbader Kaffeekanne, schweren Vorhängen vor den doppelten Fenstern, Famillienfotos an den Wänden. Ich hatte das Gefühl einer vornehmen Bequemlichkeit in absolut ruhigem Hause. Ich habe mich rundum Zuhause gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Tolle Wohnung, die mal entrümpelt werden müsste.

Große und großzügige charmante Wohnung in bester ruhiger Innenstadtlage. Jugendstilhaus mit vielen Originalelementen. Stilvolle Einrichtung. Gute gemütliche Beleuchtung. Aber: WLAN ist nicht stabil und reicht zudem nicht bis in das Schlafzimmer. In Schränken und Schubladen Reste von einem früheren Bewohner und anderen Feriengästen. Sonnenbrille, Respirationsgerät, Gehstock; im Badschrank Deo, Damenbinde, 3 Einmalrasierer, Fußcreme, alter Körperpuder, Fußcreme etc. Haushalt: viele große Töpfe (Eintopf, Tafelspitz), aber zu wenig Tassen und Gläser. Und dazwischen viel Krempel und alles unordentlich. Keine Kaffeemaschine (aber eine Karton dafür), kein Toaster. Ich schlage eine große Entrümpelung- und Aufräumaktion vor (inkl. Balkon): mindestens 3 große Müllsäcke notwendig. Danach: 5 Sterne ++

Super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, man kann fast alles zu Fuß machen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer liegt zur Fußgängerzone hin und abends ist hier bei schönem Wetter im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant viel Betrieb. Da das Schlafzimmer aber zum Hinterhof liegt und total ruhig ist, ist die Wohnung auch für "Früh-ins-Bett-Geher" sehr gut geeignet. Wir werden die Wohnung wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder nach Wien kommen.

Il bellissimo appartamento si trova nel centro di Vienna ed è ideale per visitare la città. Si trova in un immobile degli inizi Novecento e conserva particolari architettonici originali. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Caldamente consigliato!

The location is wonderful and the manager was very helpful.

Exactly what you expect to find in the heart of the old town in a very old building. Large windows, high ceilings, lots of room, a well equiped kitchen. and numerious furnishings. We were very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfektes Objekt für Wien-Erlebnis

Historische Ferienwohnung in der Innenstadt

Wer ein antikes Ambiente mag, wird sich in dieser Ferienwohnung wohlfühlen. Allerdings ist die gesamte Ausstattung, einschließlich in Bad und WC, veraltet. Etwas seltsam mutet die Tatsache an, dass der Besitzer/die Besitzerin der Wohnung außer der persönlichen Kleidung alles hat stehen und hängen lassen. Die Ausrüstungsgegenstände waren deutlich veraltet und teilweise zuviel vorhanden. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung den Eindruck, als hätte sich jemand entschlossen, dieselbe kurzfristig zu vermieten und nur die allernotwendigsten persönlichen Gegenstände entfernt.
