This 3 bedroom vacation home is tastefully decorated and breaths warmth and relaxation. The side porch lets you breath the salty air from nearby Atlantic Ocean. The home has a sprawling living room with plenty of room to sit and relax with family and friends. The second floor opens up to three bedrooms that are quaint. Enjoy this home away from home for your vacation away!

Best Vacation Ever

This 3 bedroom cottage is beautiful, clean, spacious and has the best location. Being able to walk to Beach, Shops and Restaurants is priceless. We have been vacationing in York for over 30 years and this place is our favorite.

Amazing trip!

We loved this property! It had a farmhouse charm to it and was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Photos were for the front unit but the back unit did not disappoint! Was perfect for my family of five. I would highly recommend this property and would rent again next summer!

Lovely cottage

Had a great experience! Location is fantastic - quick walks for coffee, beach, dining and more. Adorable spot with kitchen full of essentials.

Great Location

Clean, close to the beach. Friendly management. However, difficult to connect with. No one to check in so we started in the wrong unit and had to repack and move to another. The pictures were of a different unit to the one we had actually rented.

The house overall was great. We would definitely stay here again. Very Very close to Short Sands Beach ( 4 minute walk), lots of seating, super quiet at night! A few things I would let others know would be- The linens were not included. I do not remember seeing this listed at all on the ad for the house and the manager of the property asked me an hour before arrival if I brought linens? I did not bring linens because I guess I just assumed they were included (this is not listed on the AD for the house). The manager did help us out and brought us bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels which was generous because it was not listed on the vrbo info. There is only one small AC unit in the "master" bedroom. The most concerning of all was the first two days our electric went out non stop. The ac unit would work for an hour then shut off & tv would shut off and then it would go back on and then off again. After the first few days it all worked but it was also very cool temp there so we did not use the ac unit as much. There is only one tv in the downstairs living room area. No tv in any bedrooms. The house has another unit attached to it so the firepit is shared with neighbors. There was no one there while we were there so, it was not an issue at all. Our house on the AD for VRBO stated is had two rooms and when we got there it had three rooms. I guess I would say the description was not accurate and should be clarified and corrected so others know. It also said hair dryer included- I still cant find the hair dryer. lol The house could use tiny little things like: hangers, maybe one laundry basket, a few more curtains (some windows were missing some) which allows neighbors very close to have a birds eye view, an iron and iron board & a sign in book (so others can see who has stayed there). Lastly, it had no paperwork or welcome letter, Nothing that let you know if you had issues to contact. Luckily I did have the man who helped arrange our stay contact me on his cell phone so, I had his phone number. Overall, I would stay here again for sure! We had a blast and we had family over and it was wonderful. Thanks Jan. Sincerely, Georgia Adamets
