The water is deep in this part of the lake which is great for fishing and swimming and with deep water the dock is accessible by boat 365 days a year. Best of all, the dock is all yours!

Our home makes for a great retreat for a larger family with kids, several couples, or even a small church group. You are just a short car or boat ride from Indian River Marina and Whitman Hollow Marina ( Froggies- a popular hangout & marina on Norris). Pontoon Boats and Ski boats are all available for rent through either of the marinas. If you're looking for an relaxing retreat or a spot for the perfect vacation getaway, this is your place!

Your family will enjoy making memories from the 54'x12' deck complete with new gas grill, dining and sitting areas. Inside all will have plenty of room in this open and airy kitchen, dining, and 2 living areas to enjoy classic games, movies and music together when your not out exploring the coves and wonders of Norris Lake.
Some of our favorite things about this property are the two large decks you can watch the sunrise over the mountains while looking at the lake with your morning coffee and sit by the fire in the evenings with your favorite beverage at the outdoor gas fire place. The downstairs den area is a perfect hangout for movie night (55” HD TV). The real showstoppers are the spectacular views, the amazing kitchen, and the large dock that makes for a great place to kick back and enjoy a cocktail. Later retire to comfortable new beds with soft linens. There are 2 King beds, 5 Queen beds and four twin beds (that are bunks over four of the Queen beds).

This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 30 years to rent. We do have outdoor cameras that monitor the outside areas.

Need a break from the lake for a day? A great idea for the most adventurous - there is Tubing or Rafting in the Smokies on the Pigeon River or Zip-lining through the Smokies. The upper section of the Pigeon River boasts 12 Class III and 3 Class IV thrilling whitewater rapids! Accompanied by a professional river guide, you’ll be escorted down 5 miles of lively rapids with equally engaging nicknames such as Too Late, Vegamatic, Razor Blade, After Shave, and Lost Guide. Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, the gateway to the west is approximately 35 miles north with numerous hiking trails and scenic overlooks for you to enjoy as well as a museum.
We are 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike the new Cumberland Trail or dine at the McCloud Mountain Restaurant with beautiful views of the Cumberland Mountains. There are also 2 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue). Close to the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort.
