In addition, the sunporch features an outdoor seating area with a TV. (Enjoy dinners You can enjoy lovely lunches with protection from the sun, or dinners with avoiding the mosquitos. You can enjoy watching your tv programs on the couch in the cool evenings while screened in.)

The outdoor space features a very private yard surrounded by mature trees. The large deck surrounding the pool has additional dining for 10 guests, a Weber gas grill, 4 chaise loungers, 4 large umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. For the sports lovers, there is a putting green as well as a baseball pitching area and a bocce court. Perfect for all your entertaining needs! Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cooler are available for your use during your stay.


The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. 3 of the bedrooms each feature a king bed retreat to relax at night as well as a 55” Samsung Smart TV. The 4th bedroom features double bunk beds with a smart tv for the kids to enjoy. The house sleeps 10 in all.

The newly renovated basement features a separate room for an office space ready to accommodate the guest who is working from home. The basement is furnished and outfitted with a 65” Samsung Smart TV ready to go for a movie or game night. All of this and is only located a short walk to the private bay beach, Sammy's Beach. Located in Northwest woods in the upscale community of Settlers Landing. Where you can take the kayak to Gardners Bay or 3 Mile Harbor.
