Hi! Our guests really love this house! 2 acres of backyard bliss with a sun-soaked gunite pool, pool cabana with beverage station and an outdoor shower, there is no reason to ever leave! Firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, backyard bbqs on a new Weber grill and plenty of outdoor seating for dining al Fresco. When you do retire inside, this central air cooled 4 bedroom / 3 bath has all the modern touches. Two upstairs en-suite masters boast king beds with the downstairs bedrooms a queen and well as the 4th bedroom with two twins. All bedrooms feature super super comfortable new WRIGHT luxury brand mattresses. The kitchen overlooking the park-like backyard is a chef's dream with All Clad cookware and all the chef's gadgets you could need. The house has high speed internet, Hulu live, HBO, Netflix. To round out your stay, the pool cabana has a PELOTON PLUS for poolside workouts, as well as multiple bikes for a quick ride to the village or beach. Located 1 minute to East Hampton village and 7 mins to main beach (voted one of the top beaches in country). Come stay with us! :)

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Jason’s cottage. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, especially for the beach, the pool, and the kitchen was a dream! We also were able to make use of the bikes and the fire pit for s’mores. The house is so spacious and well-kept, and the beds very comfortable. Beautiful house and we would love to come back—it was the perfect stay.

Jason was a fantastic and thoughtful host. We have been renting in the Hamptons for years, and this is by far the best experience we have had. Everything was clean and in order. The grounds include a massive completely fenced in yard. Jason even sent along a nice thank you gift during our stay. Highly recommend. The location is amazing. 2 minutes from east hampton town, 10 minutes to sag, and 8 minutes to east hampton main.

5 Star Hampton Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Hamptons property. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, offering the perfect back drop for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was just the right size, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Communication with the property manager was seamless; was always prompt and helpful in addressing any concerns or questions. The home truly felt like an oasis, and we cant wait to return!

Beautiful cottage/ great location

Immaculate property full of charm. Really has everything you would need or want to enjoy a family vacation in the Hamptons. Beautiful pool, deep private grounds, fire pit, and a really cool pool house. Lots more to rave about, especially the owner Jason who was so amazingly helpful and cared that we had a fabulous stay. We did!

Amazing stay

Literally a FLAWLESS stay!!!! The house and property are amazing!! Used the heated pool, the fire pit, played ping pong and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen often during our stay. There is nothing we would do differently.. including staying somewhere else!!! Perfect for a friends reunion and a famiky getaway!!! We will be back!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Happy in the Hamptons

It was our first time in the Hamptons. A perfect family trip anchored by all you can imagine in this beautiful well equipped home. We enjoyed it all. The location is perfect and just a 5 minute ride to town for anything you need. The backyard is an oasis you won’t want to leave. Every gadget for cooking and enjoying is at your finger tips. We’d love to return one day. This place is a dream spot. AND, Jason was so very helpful and responsive. I miss it already!!!

Phenomenal stay

The pictures themselves don’t do this property justice. The home is even bigger than the photos, there’s so much light throughout the house and the backyard is massive. My guests and I were blown away. Jason and Renata were exceptional hosts and made the check in/checkout process a breeze. They were so kind and readily available if anything was needed - which we didn’t! The house had everything we needed and more! Not to mention, it’s a few minutes from town making it a perfect location. We had a phenomenal stay and unforgettable weekend making forever memories with friends and family. I will be booking this home again & again. ❤️

Girls Trip

I visited this property with 6 of my girl friends. The goal of the trip was to relax and unwind. This was the perfect house for that. We spent two days making breakfast in the very well stocked kitchen and laying by the pool. Added plus was the SONOS speakers wired practically through the entire property. For non pool days, the house was perfect location to downtown East Hampton and also a short drive away from Sag Harbor. Walking distance to a great restaurant for dinner as well as the beverage shop and liquor store. This was my second time visiting the Hamptons from Newport Beach, CA and I would 100% stay in this home again.

Wonderful Easter weekend in East Hampton

I brought my family (husband, 3 sons, dog and my parents) to Jason's home this past weekend for an off season trip out east. We all had the most wonderful time! We travel out east often, in summer and off season, and this is our favorite rental to date. Not only is the house beautiful, lovely sheets and towels, and every tool you would need in the kitchen, etc., but the backyard was absolutely perfect for 3 boys to romp around with their dog. They spent countless hours outside enjoying the sun and the grass! The pool house had a PlayStation that was just icing on the cake for them! The house is a very short drive to East Hampton town, so it was the perfect balance of country and town, both accessible very easily. We will definitely be back- we had the best time and the best experience! Jason was also very communicative, kind, and allowed us an earlier check in and later check out which helped us out with our schedules. Highly recommend!

We booked this home for my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was the perfect choice! He absolutely loved it. The heated pool was magnificent and we spent hours enjoying it - even in the chilly mornings since it was nice and warm! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were impeccably clean and very well maintained.When it rained — we spent hours watching TV in the cozy living room as a family and even sneaked in a few naps on the super comfy sofa.The kitchen has literally anything and everything we could think of - it’s clear someone was a thoughtful chef in the family. We utilized almost every amenity in our 3 night stay - even played chess on the nifty chess board table.Jason generously offered us an extra night for a discount, and we loved the stay so much that we rearranged our Monday schedules so we could stay longer.As for the location - it’s a 3 minute drive to Grindstone coffee & donuts and 4 minutes to the stop and shop for all possible needs. We stopped by east Hampton beach but since we didn’t have a parking permit and the waves were a bit crazy we just did a quick drive by. We spent most of our time at the house cooking, swimming and taking mid day naps. What we all needed.All in all, a fantastic experience that made for a truly special family celebration. Highly recommend!

Adorable cottage - exactly as described. Amazing location and yard. Immaculate and well stocked - lots of attention to the small details. The owners even bought us an electronic meat thermometer for our turkey prep! Great stay!!
