Clean, quiet, and spacious living, Inside and out, it's well appointed with quality, comfort. Ease of use for Thanksgiving gathering for 6 in kitchen. Four adults staying, two living fairly close. We would do it again!

Small, but functional

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We had been informed up front that the oven/stove wasn’t functioning properly, so we were prepared to not be able to cook as we might have otherwise done. However, there was an air fryer so that made up for the oven (which I never tested) and at least one eye on the stove did work so I was able to make breakfast and prep our lunchtime meals at the fairgrounds ahead of time. This is a duplex type stay, with only 2 true bedrooms (not three). There was a cot in the laundry room which we moved into the master for our boys to sleep on. We appreciated the access to the fixings for coffee and access to dishes for meals. Beyond that, this was a very bare-bones stay—one roll of paper towels and only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (had we stayed even one night longer this would have been an uh-oh), and no additional trash bags could be located. There wasn’t a can opener, but we made do by waiting until getting to the fairgrounds and using a friend’s to finish that crockpot meal. It was a bit tight for the 6 of us (listing says up to 7), but was still more relaxing than two hotel rooms. Beds were super comfortable, as well as the couch and futon.While not a bad stay, a few more of those little things and a more accurate listing would be helpful in the future.

Decent enough, document your arrival.

The place was decent and as to be expected. No real issues other than check out process. To note, the home is a duplex and there are multiple rips in the carpet, 3 stains on the floor in the living room and marks on the walls. Not a huge deal until being asked to pay for stains on the carpet at checkout which were already there. Already dealt with, but just be sure to cover yourself. Otherwise not far from the main strip in Warner Robbins, enough space for a family, quiet cul-de-sac.

The house as a whole was in a great location.The house had a slight smell with no disinfectant smell

I left my food on the table to take a shower and came out it was covered with ants. The microwave was not clean.There was open food in the refrigerator upon arrival. We were there for a family gathering in the area so there was no where else to book. Little things were looked over so we stayed on. Even wanted to stay a extra day after I purchased Ant spray and clean the microwave. Lastly, the bed was comfortable but the sheet next to the mattress was a comfortable coverlet not any coverage over the mattress. Gladly I brought my own cover. I really think the house is very nice just need another cleaning service.
