Maple Mountain Retreat was built by a local premier wood craftsman. It is truly a beautiful, peaceful, and one of a kind escape!

This home offers a hot tub, home theater, chef grade kitchen, outdoor kitchen/grill, dining table that can sit 16, arcade room, pool table, shuffle board table, foosball, small indoor mini-golf putting green, master suite with a custom teakwood soaking tub and private porch, mountain views from the back porch, wood firepit (we provide the firewood), waterfall, and a gas fireplace in the main living room where you will be able to cozy up on the large leather sectional.

I also have added a guest guidebook to the listing so that you can know what all to do outside of the Maple Mountain Retreat! There are so many options beyond what I listed, so make sure to ask me if there is something specific you had in mind!

When you arrive, there is enough parking for more than 6 vehicles. There is also a carport spot big enough for 1 small vehicle or motorcycle. The exterior has a waterfall, firepit, grill, hot tub, large porch, and a lot of seating. The main level has the main kitchen, master bedroom (with attached large bathroom), half bathroom off of main living room, laundry room, and access to all outdoor amenities. The basement offers 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) with a half bath connected to that bedroom, the bar, a full bathroom, theater, pool table, shuffle board, and arcade room, as well as access to the exterior. The top level of the home offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa in the loft area that can convert to a queen bed. There are plenty of bathrooms on the 3rd level for everyone to be comfortable.

CLEANING FEE INCLUDES:
- Fresh linens on all beds and in all bathrooms
- Toiletries, enough to get you started on your stay
- Hot tub sterilizing and heating for each guest stay
- Departure-based trash service for each guest stay
- Laundry and dish soap

Guest fees include full cleaning, sanitizing, heating, and routine maintenance/chemical check of the hot tub. Non-routine cleaning or maintenance needed due to guest misuse (e.g. alcohol spills or "accidents") will be charged against the security deposit. If you let us know about a spill, accident, etc., so that our staff can be ready to take care of it, we will deduct 10% from the security deposit charge as a thank you for your honesty.
