Hyannis Vacation

The home was very clean, and inviting and reflected the online listing well. We were a very short walk from downtown which was within restaurants and other local activities. It was very enjoyable and we would rent again.

Enjoyable stay!

Home was very clean and thoughtfully supplied for an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable beds, adjustable heating, great kitchen, plentiful natural and artificial light options and large screen tv helped us find comfort on some cold and short Dec. days. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house inside

Nice house, very clean, comfortable beds and good quality linens. Check in process and communication with the management was impeccable. The only negative in the experience was the surprise arrival of the animal control truck on our first day to deal with 2 pit bulls housed behind a chain link fence that surrounds the property directly across the street. That was scary and off putting. The next day one of the dogs got out from behind the fence and was loose in the street, which made walking to a restaurant in town dangerous. I would be cautious to stay there if I had small children. The house itself is fantastic

Absolutely fabulous!

This was my first stay at a VRBO and I couldn’t have been more delighted with this property! Great location, very clean and great interior for 4 women to be very comfortable! I would definitely recommend this property and looking forward to returning!

Great, stylishly decorated house, within walking distance of centre, restaurants & ferry terminals.

The house had absolutely everything we needed; it was beautifully decorated, really well equipped, clean and good quality. The location was really close to the centre, shops, ferry terminals and great restaurants so perfect for our needs. We also found it to be a great central base for getting around the Cape in our hire car. Any questions I had before our trip were answered almost immediately. It was all great.

Great location and home

The house was beautiful and perfect for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and having the use of a washing machine and dryer for a family of five made things much easier for us. The location was great with a short walk to downtown and the marina where we had our boat. We enjoyed time on the front porch and relaxing inside the home. Mason and James responded immediately and their home was very welcoming. We had a great time!

Family Time

The house was lovely! Very clean and updated. The patio and yard were perfect for the children. Easy walk to MainSt. Despite a rainy week we had a wonderful time with plenty of room for 7 of us! Thank you James!

My wife and I stayed at the property for four nights and had a great time. The house was well appointed and extremely convenient for walking to downtown Hyannis and the harbor. We would definitely stay again.

Nice little cottage

Description and pictures are representative and accurate. Comfy beds and bedding. Unfortunately we were not able to sit in the back deck and grill due to the weather. Communication with James was excellent and easy. On a nice day, walkable to Main Street and Hyline port, within half mile.

Great week on the cape!

We had a fantastic week on the Cape. This home was just what we needed and in a great location. We walked to downtown Hyannis every night for dinner. We also walked to the ferry to MV and Nantucket. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was as stocked well. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and also the outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again!

We were there my business trip and selected this place for the convenience I'm being close to the conference in venue. We enjoyed staying at this home. The home is very clean and all new. It's very convenient to downtown everything is in walking distance. James is wonderful to work with quick response to any questions we have had. We are looking forward to coming back! Cape Cod Visit

Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay! The location is centralized and perfectly located for our visits to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Providence Town, etc.... We loved that we could walk to the ferry, shopping, gym and restaurants. Everything in the house is brand new, clean and had all the necessities. It was super easy to check in and check out. We'll definitely be back!

Born and raised about a half an hour south of Boston, I have been in the area for most of my life. Graduated from UMass Amherst and traveled the country for work for a few years. Moved to Nassau, Bahamas for two years to work at a luxury resort and casino which kickstarted my interest in the hospitality industry. After moving home, I teamed up with a friend I had met in The Bahamas to purchase this beautiful home on the Cape.

The location of this property is unmatched. Easy to access from Boston; minutes from the highway; walkable to downtown Hyannis; surrounded by restaurants and shops, beaches, and the harbor; walk to the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket ferries... not to mention, EVERYTHING in this house is brand new.
