Sawyer’s Seabreeze is a spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home. The property is located in the heart of Green Turtle, across the harbour from New Plymouth. Enjoy many views of the water on the covered front porch or private dock.
All furnishings are new and promote a tasteful island vibe to reflect the Bahamian way of life. After an extensive remodel, we have thought of you as we tried to equip the house with everything you might need!
Guests will enjoy full access to the property and private dock. Keypad entry makes check-in a breeze!
Green Turtle Cay is a tranquil and slow-paced community filled with good times and lasting memories. Sawyer’s Seabreeze is located across town on the road to Pineapples Bar and Grill and is the only rental property in New Plymouth that is directly on the water. A quiet road runs along the back of the home and the front yard faces the harbour with clear views of New Plymouth and the most amazing sunsets over the Sea of Abaco. The occasional golf cart, lively rooster and ferry boat will likely be your background noise for your stay.
Rent a golf cart or use the free, private boat dock on the property. The dock can accommodate boats up to 40feet.

Property was perfect for renting a boat for fishing because of the private dock. Our family liked the closeness to the grocery, restaurants and town area.

Best green turtle vacation

Sawyers seabreeze is one the most beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place we have ever stayed. Could accommodate our 30’ contender, entire family, and is in the best location to watch the sunset, explore or be close to town. Will absolutely come back. Lisa, the house manager is incredible and so helpful. 10/10

Beautiful house with room for a 45’ Center Console

Overall a great home. Close enough to town that you could walk. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and have TVs and an overhead fan. The whole house has AC. We were 3 couples and we came over by a 45’ Center Console. So the dock was excellent. If they would have us back we would be there again soon.

Another great visit!

We had such a great time in 2023, we decided to return in 2024. The house is very welcoming, clean and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is so convenient to town and ferry dock. Beaches are a short golf cart ride away. By far this is our favorite vacation spot!

Beautiful house with amazing views

Sawyers Seabreeze is in a great location, close to town and easy to access beaches by golf cart. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The entire family had so much fun and are looking forward to vacationing here again!

Great location

This was our first trip to GTC and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house is exceptionally well appointed and clean. We enjoyed being a part of the town and could see the daily activities while being just a quick boat trip out to the beautiful water.

Best Vacation Ever

The house was set up perfectly. We had two full families. Everyone was comfortable. The dock was amazing. The location was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it and we will be coming back every year.

Everything with our stay exceeding all expectations I had. The home was great and had all of the amenities we needed. Lisa was great to communicate with and checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend for someone traveling to the Bahamas on a boat I would definitely stay at the house again. Tom was a pleasure to speak with and full of local knowledge.

Slice of paradise

Sawyer’s Seabreeze was a wonderful home for our family to stay in. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of linens! It’s the little touches that make this house so comfortable to stay in! We also loved having the dock in the backyard and being able to park our boat at it. Lisa was super helpful with any issues we came across and went above and beyond for us! We hope to be back again

Cozy Water Front Home

Loved the house! Decorated very nice and meticulous. Stocked with everything needed for a long stay. We brought too much! Next time we will pack less. Lisa the caretaker was awesome and very hospitable. Checked up on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The dock was great. A few restaurants to go too and a grocery store nearby. Would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Our Abaco Adventure at Sawyer’s Seabreeze

Our family of 5 just spent a week at Sawyer’s Seabreeze on Green Turtle Cay and we could not have had a better time. The home is in a perfect location and is basically brand new. It’s obvious the owners took great pride in restoring the house and it is perfectly updated with new everything, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer make it easy to pack light for this trip. Spending time on the dock fishing , watching the sunsets and taking in the views of the settlement across the way were some of our favorite things to do. We saw plenty of fish and a few sea turtles each day. Stargazing at night was also fun. Contacting and communicating with the hosts could not have been easier. They were extremely responsive and gave us the best recommendations when it came to renting golf carts, day charters with a boat Captain , locations to snorkel and restaurants to eat at. The home is centrally located so you can get out of the harbor and into the Sea of Abaco in minutes for fishing, diving, island hopping and sight seeing. We did all of that and more. We will definitely be planning a trip back to Green Turtle Cay and look forward to staying at Sawyer’s Seabreeze again.

Great Property and Great Location

We stayed at Sawyers Seabreeze in July of 2022 and really enjoyed ourselves. The location of the house itself is only a 4 minute walk from the town (around the bay), and a 2 minute walk to Pineapples. With 3+ markets and a few eating establishments, this made the stay on GTC very easy and enjoyable. Due to the positioning of the house in the bay, noise was not an issue from bars. The interior of the property is very clean, and spacious. Easily could accommodate 3 couples or a large family. Internet and water are reliable and the common areas provided plenty of room for relaxing and even some gear. The dock out back is in good shape and was able to accommodate our 14,000lb boat. Draft during low tide was about 4.5ft. Charts are pretty accurate for depths in the bay, use them to find the channel into the dock. Because of the structure surrounding the bay, winds from any direction were not an issue. A filet table and water hose worked well after fishing trips. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and provided advice on activities during our stay. Definitely provided for a care free vacation. We will definitely be back to GTC and stay at Sawyers Seabreeze next year.

Wonderful Property and Experience!

This is our second stay at Sawyers Seabreeze and we had a wonderful time. We just stayed for 8 days in July 2024 (previously in 2022). The house is much newer than any other property we have seen on Green Turtle and situated just across the bay from New Plymouth. Short walks to pineapples and New Plymouth, about a 15 minute walk to Sundowners. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking means, drinks and food storage. The new generator worked well, island lost power a couple times during our stay. Lisa, the house manager, was a huge help to our family. She contacted us a couple days in advanced and helped get some initial provisions like water, kalik and fresh Bahamian Bread in place before our arrival. She made our trip a lot easier and checked in on us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. The kids loved fishing off the dock and walking around the town. Green Turtle is very safe with kind and outgoing residents. while there is plenty to do within walking distance, i do recommend getting a golf cart and hitting Gillam Bay, Coco Bay, GT Club and Bluff house beach resort. Carts need to be booked well in advance. I highly recommend this property, especially if you brought a boat or rented a boat. Watch the chart, there are some shallow spots in the bay. The dock can support larger boats with at least 4'-5' of draft if not more, our whaler had a 3' draft and had plenty of room at low tide. Great fishing and spearfishing spots right around Green Turtle.
