Welcome to Paradise! Beautiful Private Beachfront Home, fully remodeled, directly on Gilliam Bay beach. Fully equipped kitchen to make cooking and dining in or on the porch a joy. Comfortable large living room with separate game room area. 3 bedrooms in the main house, 2 large bathrooms with walk in showers A private king bed suite with outside entrance, bathroom with a tub. Large decks for entertaining or relaxing. Enjoy a breathtaking view of Gilliam Bay, Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Beautiful home in a stunning tropical setting. Clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing island stay! The house was just as you’d imagine - and just like the picture. Close to the beach and had everything we could want. Terrific stay - we will be back!!

Perfect place for family

There was six in our party ranging from 22-78, plenty of room to spread out, the house was clean and felt new inside, the host were the best to deal with answering all my questions in a timely manner and after our arrival they shared there personal number if we needed them, the house had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and cooking utensils!

Great Green Turtle Trip

The house was very nice and roomy, kitchen well-equipped and the view of the beach was beautiful. The host was very helpful and provided us with a good contact for a taxi from the Marsh Harbor Airport to the Green Turtle Ferry. Highly recommend the rental.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This is probably the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen to cook in. Colleen was the best host and helped with any questions we had. As for location you can’t beat it! On your own white sand beach with beautiful turquoise waters. We really hope to be back soon!

The pictures of the house do not do it justice - it is all newly redone, comfortable and well stocked. There is a private beach right off the back porch. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.

Amazing Property Tucked Away on Gillam Bay

Recently renovated property directly on the beach. Colleen and Neil were amazing throughout the stay and Neil went above and beyond in helping us get settled after a very long boat trip. Views and beach access were absolutely spectacular. Town was just a short golf cart ride away. Very convenient, yet quiet location. Thank you for the allowing us to stay in your amazing place!

Perfect Location, Beautiful View

Prefect location! Just steps from the beaches of Gilliam Bay and a few minutes from New Plymouth. Home is newly remodeled, clean and perfect for our party of 7. The view from the back deck is absolutely beautiful. Colleen was a great host, meeting us at the ferry to get to the house and answering all of our questions. Can’t wait for a return trip!

Absolutely perfect

This is a once in a lifetime property, set on the beach in the unbelievable, laid back beauty of Green Turtle Cay. The place is perfect, clean, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom has its own AC, the kitchen is spacious for cooking, and the living room is perfect for hanging out ... although, no one really hangs out anywhere other than the incredible back porch, which looks out on Gillam Bay Beach and the moonrise by night. Colleen the property manager is wonderful and responsive to any requests you have. Could not recommend her or this place more highly.

GTC Paradise!

We can’t say enough- Colleen and her husband were there at the ferry dock awaiting our arrival, helped get all of our bags to the house and were attentive to our needs the entire stay! They go above and beyond for their guests. The house is well stocked, comfortable, and clean. Now- the location! Situation directly on Gilliam Bay! Our family loved being steps away from the best beach on the island. It feels very private and you are conveniently close to town. We highly recommend McIntosh to eat and Sids to shop for groceries. We will definitely be back to this house and will Hold the memories we made here close to our hearts. Thank you Colleen!

Wonderful time at the Beachouse!

My family of four absolutely loved the Beachouse (one 'h'). The property is in an absolutely gorgeous location, steps away from the quiet beach of Gillam Bay. The house was beautiful and immaculate. Kudos to the house cleaner because this house was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at (and we've stayed in a lot on GTC and elsewhere). It was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderfully decorated - we loved the themed rooms of turtles, palms, shells, and mermaid. The beds were super comfy too - just right. The living room and dining rooms were also comfortable and spacious. There also is an outdoor shower, which is nice. My only suggestion is that the decking needs to be redone as there were some saggy boards but it felt safe. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back in future years. I could see us regularly staying there. Thank you!
