This lovingly remodeled single family home in a quintessential mountain setting is the perfect place for your family or families traveling together to relax and unwind together after a fun filled day in Breckenridge. Four spacious bedrooms, a home office, loft, and two living areas with room for all. This Summit Estates home sits on 2.5 acres and boasts stunning mountain and golf course views.



The Space:

This home offers a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to relax and unwind during your time in Breckenridge. Featuring the best views you can possibly imagine, four spacious bedrooms, a home office, loft, cozy gas fireplace, two living areas, and a 7 person hot tub.

This is an exclusive area near the Breckenridge golf course with large lots and sweeping views in a perfect mountain setting. Enjoy access to the national forest right out your back door.



Getting Around:

10 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and gondola parking. This property has a three car garage for a vehicle and storing ski/equipment. A car is recommended with this property.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 60 or more prior to your arrival, you will be issued a full refund. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days of your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, no refund will be issued.

Lovely location with incredible view

This was one our favorite spots. Close to Breck but just far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The house was well stocked and we felt right at home the entire stay!

Exceptional property

We rented this house for a family getaway in Breckenridge. It was a fantastic stay from start to finish (especially the views!). The hosts were very communicative, the property was exactly as described, and the amenities were phenomenal. The support staff was very responsive to any questions and we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. We had a wonderful vacation and are so glad that we were able to stay in this house!

Awesome house and views!

We loved Point View Place! The house was beautiful, spacious, well decorated and supplied with almost everything we needed. The views from the house were awesome and we loved staying there. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. Kitchen and living areas are huge and we usually had several people preparing food at the same time. It was about a 15 minute drive to the slopes, but it never bothered us as we could be dropped off at different starting places each day by our non-skier family member. The primary bedroom is “over the top” - huge with a gas fireplace, large bathroom and large closet. Unfortunately, the wood burning fireplace in the living room was unusable due to a county-wide fire ban. Great hot tub off the back porch and wi-if was strong. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the second bedroom on the main floor. The bathroom was tiny, there was no cabinet, counter space or drawers around the single sink, and the bedroom had shelves in the closet rather than a dresser for clothes. The bedroom was pretty, but not as functional as our guests would have liked. The ice maker in the fridge is very small so we bought bags of ice at the store several times. Otherwise appliances were great. It was nice to have the wine fridge and drink cooler. Property managers were excellent and responsive. We would rent here again if we have this size of a group (8 adults).

Perfect Ski Getaway

We travel out west each year with our 5 children (ages 16-26) for a ski trip (been doing so for 15+ years). Breck has become our favorite place to visit. We love renting homes to enjoy the drive and scenery to and from the slopes. This home was one of our favorite rentals! Very spacious, very clean, kitchen and baths fully stocked (especially with those little essentials: coffee filters, seasonings, plastic wrap, dish soap, hand soap, blow dryer, etc...there was even laundry soap!) The temps dipped into the lower digits while we were there. This home stayed very warm without having to increase the thermostat (floors were even warm). Bathrooms very nice. Beds comfortable. Lots of blankets. Check-in easy with the provided code. Garage kept our vehicle warm while we loaded skis and boards. Home is A+! Slopes: Breck very easy to get to gondola from parking lots. Vail...good skiing, but parking is a nightmare. Walking in ski boots for a country mile, and you're just at the end of your rope by the time you make it to the slopes. There has to be a better way at Vail; we just haven't found it. Copper...one of our favorites, but didn't ski this time bc it requires a different pass. Epic pass is the way to go. Best restaurant hands down in Breck: Giampietro's!! Don't let the wait list scare you away. Put your name in, go shop for an hour and you're in in no time! Get the calzone or chicken parm...trust me!
