Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!

The Space:
Unit 114 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo with an amazing ocean view, a cozy gas fireplace, and a balcony for watching the waves. Easy beach access is nearby, with our private staircase for your convenience. The Queen-sized bed accommodates up to 2 guests, and the walk-in shower is a popular bathroom feature. Relax and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, or walk to any of the nearby restaurants for a memorable meal during your stay!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

There was a large stain on the carpet nips to the table, the hairdryer is broken, the door handle to the outside deck door was broken, not enough variety of cooking utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Parking is an absolute nightmare! The Parkinson’s are very, very narrow and difficult to get into Because parking behind you.

I booked this little getaway to be close to my kids who were staying in a rented vacation home. To be honest I wasn’t in the room much at all while I was there. Unfortunately I had to leave Monday night due to a family emergency back home. I apologize if I didn’t do everything correctly upon checking out.

Great Location, Easy Access to the Beach

The property is situated right at the outlet of Devil's Lake which is about mid-way from either end of Lincoln City. This made it a great location for accessing shops, restaurants and activities on either end of town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nothing fancy about the place, and it is an older building, but it easily met our needs. Only concern we had was the hot tub. There was stuff floating on top of the suds in the tub that made it feel like it had not been cleaned recently.

Anniversary Getaway

This was simply exactly what we needed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our lives are so busy we just needed to slow down and relax. Beach Getaway

Had a great time at your condo. Weather was pretty good and escaped the heat of Portland. Great location and we even found one of the glass bulbs at the bottom of the stairs on our way to way the beach.

Charming, comfortable, clean studio with very easy beach access. Nicely furnished kitchen. Loved the fireplace, the couch, table and chairs and covered deck. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was pretty good, loved our room and view and having the fireplace!!! And the price was decent! The one issue was noise as not a lot of sound proofing between rooms. We were on an end so we had 1 room next to us and the room above. Just normal talking was easily heard…
