Enjoy amazing ocean views for 2 from Unit 121, a ground floor studio condo. Snuggle up by the gas fireplace, eating a delicious meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchenette (with full-sized appliances!), enjoy the walk-in shower featured in the bathroom, and settle down for the night in a comfortable Queen bed. Make the most of the rest of your stay by playing in the HOA provided pool or hot tub, or explore around us with the easy beach access and great central location. It's vacation time!

The Space:
Enjoy amazing ocean views for 2 from Unit 121, a ground floor studio condo. Snuggle up by the gas fireplace, eating a delicious meal cooked in the fully stocked kitchenette (with full-sized appliances!), enjoy the walk-in shower featured in the bathroom, and settle down for the night in a comfortable Queen bed. Make the most of the rest of your stay by playing in the HOA-provided pool or hot tub, or explore around us with the easy beach access and great central location. It's vacation time!

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The condo is just as described, small but everything you need for a relaxing stay on the beach. Incredible ocean front views. We just wanted to relax a couple of days before going to Portland and this was exactly what we needed.

Loved the fireplace and it was great to have a kitchen. Wa surprised at how much we could still hear hwy101 noise but open that slider and gear viee and you're golden.

It was warm no hot in the rooms and no AC. Cable was out for at least a day which sucked parking spaces very closed together. I wouldn’t recommend this to my family or friends. One small window. A full curtain should of had blinds instead or both

Lovely Studio Condo on the Beach

We totally enjoyed this clean, lovely studio. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with essential cooking utensils. Listening to the ocean at night and sitting on the balcony were special pleasures. Location was perfect (be sure to go to Pacific City for wonderful tide pools). Only complaint was that there were no wine glasses.

Was pretty clean and organized. My mom and I stayed as her Mother’s Day gift. The shower is very accessible for people with mobility issues! That was a huge plus. The fireplace c made the stay so cozy!! The host doesn’t have a lot of asks for check out which is also great. The only two things I disliked was that parking was kinda scarce, but I never couldn’t find one just had to park by the subway. The second was I thought that beach access was closer, while no stairs to the room like the listing says, beach access is about a block and some stairs. Not the hosts fault, just should have looked into it more due to my mom having mobility issues.

Solid option for the Lincoln City experience

This does the job. Great view of the beach. Liked the walkable options nearby and drives to everything were convenient. We went out to eat mostly but liked the kitchenette had we decided to stay in, and I worked from the desk area; no trouble with internet access or TV. Fireplace was nice to have in the evenings. Parking lot was well occupied but with all the comings and goings we always found a spot near our unit. As noted in description, if the unit above is particularly active you'll hear it some. The guests were not disruptive or inconsiderate, but we could hear a rocking chair our first night. We contacted the front desk, which handled it with professionalism and courtesy; it did not impact our stay in a significant way.

Great view and access to beach

This was a quaint little place to stay if you want a great view and easy access to the beach. It was very clean and seemed to be managed well. Check in/out was super easy. My only complaints were that the bed was too firm and the hot tub was under repair during our stay. :-( Overall, a great place to stay though.
