Delightful Private Pool Home near Disney

If you are looking for a really nice place for your vacation then check out something special. My lovely home offers a newly resurfaced private pool and spa with pool rails. Enjoy a large pool deck overlooking a quiet and secluded conservation area and watch the wild life. Plenty of pool furniture and a gas grill is available. My tastefully decorated home offers comfortable accommodations for family groups. The inside is newly painted throughout with a beautiful color scheme. Children's rooms are super cute. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras most homes do not supply. We added a tankless hot water heater. Never run out of hot water. The well equipped air condition game room is perfect for entertaining "kids" of all ages. Safe resort for children, walking, biking, and running. Enjoy what Emerald Island has to offer including community heated pool and spa, nature trails, tiki bar for drinks/snacks. The home is minutes away from shops, restaurants and close (five miles) to Disney World. There is an adventure playground area just opposite our home. Beautiful gated neighborhood for those leisurely evening walks. Pets welcomed. POOL HEAT AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST-$25/NIGHT EXTRA

We had a great family vacation!! Wonderful location near Disney and not a bad drive to Universal and City Walk. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was nice to walk with our pup every day.

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. This home is very well maintained and cared for. The location is perfect. Close to everything while providing a quite relaxing space. We had a lovely stay here and hope to return again.

Best Place in Emerald Isle

This house is perfect. Plenty of room and all the amenities. Eva the owner has made sure your stay will be like being at home. Location is quiet with a beautiful view in the back. The house is only 15 - 20 minutes from Disney. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

one month stay

This lovely home proved ideal for our family. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated. The kitchen was so well equipped and supplied with every item required to enjoy dinners cooked in for 7 guests. We loved the pool area and availed of the option to have it heated which added greatly to the experience. I’d definitely highly recommend the house for any length of stay. The host Eva was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The closeness of the property to Margueritaville was a plus as the complex facilities in relation to bar, restaurant and any other facilities are quite poor.

Loved our stay.

My wife and I are regular renters of this property. We thoroughly enjoy bringing our two grandchildren with us during our stays. The kids love the pool and playing in the garage play area. The home is well furnished and comfortably laid out. The location is in a gated community and close to all the attractions. The hosts are great and very accommodating. We look forward to our next return.

Disney trip June 2024

The villa had everything we needed and was immaculately presented, with fresh decor. All kitchen and home appliances were provided, including towels, books, games, pool inflatables. The beds were super comfy. The pool area was great and fairly private. The location is perfect for Disney parks (about 15mins) and 5min from Walmart. The owners had thought on everything and were very helpful throughout our stay. The Emerald Isle resort is very well maintained and quiet. Can't fault the villa in any way - highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay for summit

This home was so clean and comfortable. It is so convenient and close to all the Disney parks and ESPN sports. Easy check in and host promptly responded as needed. We will stay again next year!!

The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was friendly and helpful for any questions.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only minus was the main TV (hooked up to the internet) which sometimes lost connection interrupting our programs.

Feels like home, Home!

This 4 bedroom house was PERFECT for our family! The rooms were the perfect sizes, the kitchen was very convenient opening into the living room. A large dining room, and entertainment area in the garage! The pool and hot tub were perfect endings to our days. Disney and Universal were within 30 minutes which made travel to the park extremely convenient. Our owner was so sweet leading up to and throughout our entire stay she made everything comfortable and easy. When we come back we will definitely be staying again!

Lovely Home in a Lovely Location

A lovely, comfortable and well kept home with all the amenities. The home is located on a corner lot and the pool faces out to an open green space. This made swimming, or just sitting in the lanai beside the pool, a more private feeling. The grand kids absolutely loved playing in the pool and in the games room. Eva the host was terrific. She was very helpful and always available….just a text message away. I will be renting again.

All of the Little Things

I am a previous home owner in Emerald Island. I know what customers want and how to maintain a property. Eva and Ralph have done an excellent job of equipping their house with the little things that most don't think of. I was constantly surprised by how much thought went into the remodeling of this house, many things I wish I would have thought of when I was an owner. The house is clean and freshly up to date. From the moment you're in contact with the owners, you can tell they take pride in this house.

Beautiful Family Friendly Property

Beautiful big family friendly property. Everything was so clean and the home had plenty towels for bathing and swimming. The kids loved the kid decorated rooms, they were very cute. Eva, the property owner, had great communication before and during our visit. If your thinking about staying, do yourself a favor and book it. You will not regret it. We will definitely be back.

We live in northern Delaware and enjoy watching Philly sports and vacationing with my family. I am a retired hospital registered nurse and my husband had a business. Our most favorite way to vacation is to rent a home by the ocean with the family. We also rented homes in Emerald Island for many years. After we retired we purchased our home in EI and started making this house a home. I am always adding something every time we go. I really enjoy conversing with all my renters. It gives me joy to provide a nice home for your vacation.
