Welcome to your tropical beach vacation estate on beautiful CASEY KEY, Florida. This Sarasota area of Southwest Florida has some of the most beautiful barrier islands. Casey Key being a top favorite for pure relaxation. This large open plan home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath split plan comes with a heated pool, spacious sunrise patio with wrap around deck, private boat dock and the private beach access is less than a minute walk from your front door! Great for a couples retreat, or a getaway with family and friends. This home has everything to make your vacation enjoyable. Sip coffee on the sunrise deck overlooking the bay or enjoy a cold beverage watching sunset on Casey Key beach; just a minute stroll from your door! This 3/4 acre property is lined with mature trees and is a tropical private oasis. The updated kitchen equipped for the family chef, home is updated and recently renovated with a new island, new appliances, high vaulted ceilings, large pool and wonderful outdoor entertaining area. Owner suite has new modern feel with king bed, large walk in closet, lots of storage, private bath with spacious shower and sitting area overlooking pool and boat dock. Second bedroom has two queen beds, storage area, glass sliding door to sunrise deck and shares the 2nd bathroom with bedroom 3. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and door that opens to the deck. Each bedroom opens to the sunrise deck overlooking the bay. Bright and open concept with lots of windows, glass slider doors and all with a nice view of this tropical oasis.

This private home on Casey key is close to area stores and many activities. The Sarasota International Airport is just a short drive away, less than 25 miles to our North. Ft. Myers International airport is just 60 miles South. There are a few smaller airports in between as well.

With the delightful backyard, hammocks, boat dock, beach access and your pool, you may not want to leave as you enjoy the privacy of area and soft sand of Casey Key!

Beach chairs, towels, many amenities to enjoy while on a tropical getaway. Great family resort like feel with high speed WiFi and service to accommodate each travel guest. Well stocked home for longer stays with private HK if requested. No power at boat slip but great fishing and if you have day trips have the charter pick you from your dock.

What an amazing place to spend our pre-Thanksgiving week into this weekend. It did not hurt that the weather was a perfect 80degrees all 8 days and sunny in November. The property truly sits on one of the most beautiful stretches of land called Casey Key. Beach was very private, with easy 100 yard walk across street on a path to the Gulf waters, there in 2 minutes. Found a megaladon tooth!! Huge backyard with a dock for fishing and we counted that we caught 10 different species of fish. Heated pool was just warm enough to cool you off yet stay warm. Our hostess, Lisa, responded to each and every question pre-visit as well as during visit within an hour, with most even sooner. Cannot have a better communicator, and that is not to set her up for failure for someone else, it just was what it was for us. Relaxation at its finest, with plenty to do, as well as not do, if you wish. If there is one thing I would want it would be an updated microwave, along with some nicer large saute pans to cook in. Teflon was worn, everything stuck to them, but such an easy fix that I hope the owner will do for a few hundred dollars. The two twin beds could use a mattress topper to make more comfortable also, again such minor things that did not affect our overall stay one bit. We met several of the neighbors who also were very nice and accepting. If anything else is needed with information, Lisa will have your answers, or I will be happy to share more. We will definitely be back again!! Thank you

A Gem on Casey Key!Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything. We loved spending time at the pool, unwinding on the back deck in the evenings, fishing from the dock, and enjoying the beach across the street. Lisa, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She genuinely cared that we had a great stay, was always quick to respond, and is incredibly kind. I was especially grateful for the secured gate leading from the deck to the pool and the temporary fence that was installed for us. It gave us such peace of mind knowing my grandson and our dogs were safe on the property and away from the water. We truly felt right at home and can’t wait to come back.We’ve visited the area many times over the years, and this trip was by far our favorite!

Another heavenly trip

This was our second time in this home and everything was as perfect as the first time. Beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful, kitchen is well outfitted as are beach chairs and pool floats, WiFi worked, and the location is beyond perfect. So much privacy and such a peaceful and beautiful part of Florida. Enjoyed renting Jetskis down the street at Island Jet Ski and also did a half day boat charter with Kokomo Charters. But nothing compares to the pool in the backyard and the beach just steps away. Lisa is a wonderful and very responsive host. Thank you! We will we back again I’m sure!

Blissful Beach Rental

We had a phenomenal week with our family of five (twin five-year-olds and an eight-year-old) at this perfect beach house on Casey Key! The property manager, Lisa, was phenomenal to work with. Her instructions were clear and there were so many nice touches for our family.The house is very well stocked, with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of starter items like paper towels, loads of beach towels, great beach, chairs, beach, and pool toys and a beach wagon.The pool was lovely, clean and warm. We saw dolphins from the dock and baby turtles hatching on the beach. We enjoyed amazing sunsets, excellent food from the Fish House, shelling and finding sharks teeth, swimming, and adventuring. Wish we had two weeks and we would love to come back!

Beautiful location

Gorgeous beach, so close it’s almost oceanfront, nice pool. Several days we ordered DoorDash and didn’t even leave the premises. Well stocked and clean. Great communication from the host. Casey Key is a beautiful hidden gem with less of a touristy vibe than other locations. Most days we didn’t see another person on the beach. Would love to return!

Solid 10 Rating!

Beautiful spacious home with access to private pool and a gorgeous beach (3 min walk). Super relaxing and peaceful. The home was thoughtfully equipped in the kitchen and for the beach. They have EVERYTHING you need. Our host Lisa was wonderful. Loved that she checked in mid-stay just to ask if we were have a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Casey Key Oasis is a great get away

We had a group of 8, families (4 adults & 4 kids) reuniting at the beach. This house is a get away from the rat race. We collected over 1000 total shark teeth. We caught endless fish (skipjack, lady fish, pin fish, trout, catfish, spade fish) and this was at the beach and off the property’s dock. We played endless outdoor games, we played cards, we got sun burns, and we got sun tans. Pop’s Sunset Grille, Captain Eddie’s, Darrell’s Restaurant, and Anita’s all had excellent food. Publix is a 5 minute drive. We will be back.

A Slice of Paradise – We Didn’t Want to Leave!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO rental on Casey Key! The property was perfect for our family — the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and having such easy access to the beach made everything so convenient. The patio was our favorite spot to unwind in the evenings — so peaceful and relaxing. We also made great use of the dock on the intercoastal, which was perfect for fishing and enjoying the water views. Lisa was an amazing host — super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. All around, a truly wonderful place and one we’d love to return to!

Sunny Simplicity!

Loved the relaxed spacious house: simple and unfussy. The heated pool for swimming laps, the dock for fishing, and quiet beach for walks and hunting sea glass, shark's teeth and shells,the porch perfect for shady reading. Perfect setting for hosting family.

Great place to stay

Great house and location. Clean. Good communication. Short walk to the wonderful beach. Very private. Well equipped with items that will make the trip enjoyable. Would be great to have an ice maker of some sort in the home and a walk way, or stepping stones, to the dock would be my only suggestions for improvement. Had to leave 2.5 days early due to an incoming tropical system & the road ultimately flooded the following day. It would have been nice gesture to have been slightly refunded given that we could not utilize the property for the full time we paid and had to get a hotel inland. I would advise others to book with no hesitation.

Amazing Beach Location!

The beach is beyond amazing for my daily long walk! The kitchen island is a wonderful place for getting some work done, and the back deck has a gorgeous view of the sunrise! Everything was very clean and I had everything I needed for cooking breakfasts before heading to beach. Looking forward to returning some day.

Great location, but…

Let me start by saying I’ve never left a bad review in my life, but we didn’t get what we paid for. The location was a 10, but there were a number of things that were disappointing. The kayak that was pictured on the website had a leak. We were told a new kayak would be delivered. It wasn’t. We rented a boat for two weeks but there was no safe way to get on our boat without jumping down 3 feet. They installed a ladder but it wasn’t put in a location accessible to the boat or kayak. The pool has an old and torn plastic cover which retracts but leaves plastic pieces (like confetti) in the pool so we were always covered in plastic confetti when swimming. Lastly, the floors hadn’t been washed.

One of the best vacations we ever had.

The house was very clean and well stuffed with all the essentials (everything from toilet paper to beach towels/chairs and umbrellas/kids beach toys). The pool was very clean and was the largest pool we ever had seen in a rental property. Our family had a lot of fun going to the beach, spending evenings around the pool and older kids fished from the dock every day. The beach was steps away from the house and was very secluded. We have seldom seen anybody else on the beach. Lisa (the property manager) was very punctual and took care of all of our needs/questions in very quick and courteous manner. She even proactively reached out to us to make sure everything is good, and we do not need anything else. We definitively will consider this property in our future vacations.

A piece of heaven on Earth

What a beautiful place! This was by far one of our most memorable vacations. The privacy of having the beach to ourselves and the convenience of being close to shopping and excellent restaurants was the perfect combination we were looking for. The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated with absolutely everything we needed. As a family who cooks, we appreciated that the kitchen was well-appointed with all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable with plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels for everyday needs. The wifi worked which was essential for my husband who had to work a few days during our stay. The beach is much closer than we thought it really is just steps out of the front door across the street. And having the pool as well was just perfect for our family of five. Lisa was so helpful and accommodating making sure every detail was taken care of for our arrival and during our stay. We will definitely be back. Just around the corner, we found a great day charter Kokomo Charters with pick up right there at Deep Lagoon. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a fun excursion on the water!

Paradise on Casey Key

Spent almost a month in this wonderful, well-equipped home. If you’re looking for a spacious home on the bay with deeded private beach access just across the street, this is the place for you. The deck and backyard pool are an added bonus. Lisa, the property manager, was a joy to work with.
