This Brand New, 2200 sq, feet Home , Private, Spacious, Sunny, Beautifully Furnished, Salt water, heated Swimming Pool, Fully Equipped and Supplied is waiting for you to come for most amazing Vacation!
You will enjoy open concept floor plan of this house with 3 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Additional sleeping sofa bed in living room cove. Oversized kitchen - huge dining room, living room and Dinette has a lot of space for at least 10 people to sleep,cook and enjoy each others company.
Extended lanai with lounge chairs and TV, salt water, heated, oversized pool will give you more attractions when you spend time at home.
We supply 8 beach chairs , umbrella and beach towels. We also have 4 bikes available if you like to enjoy yourself for a day of biking on one of the most largest and beautiful Legacy Bike Trails. We have few close by beaches to choose. Venice beach is only 6 miles away ! Manasota beach 3 miles away ! We Have 2 kayaks available on property and 2 more available in request. we do have available paddleboard!
Sharks' teeth are abundant on the Venice shoreline because about a mile offshore in the Gulf of Mexico is an ancient river bottom where fossils get washed away layer by layer. The ocean floor off Venice is gently sloping, creating the perfect condition for fossils to wash onto shore.

Perfect Getaway

The host were amazing. During our stay they answered questions promptly and checked in on us to make sure everything was still good or if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room in and outside the house to relax. They had plenty of extras for the beach if we needed anything (coolers, wagon, beach chairs, beach towels….) The pool area was perfect from the lighting and plenty of outside furniture. The pool was extremely clean and insect free. The covered porch kept the bugs away. It was a very quiet neighborhood and easy access to multiple beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. We had one of the best vacations that we have had in years and this house is our favorite! Next year I will definitely will use the provided kayaks for some new adventures. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!!

Beautiful, very clean getaway!!

Greg and Bernadette were amazing hostesses. They were great to communicate with before our stay. From the minute we walked into the house, we were amazed by the cleanliness of the house. It is the perfect setup for families with a spacious kitchen and living space. The pool area was our favorite spot. We felt right at home all week and highly recommend this beautiful home!

Wow! What a great house and experience. Clean, great layout, awesome furnishings, great indoor/outdoor space and the kitchen was gourmet! Family of 6 adults was very comfortable for 4 days (or more). The heated pool puts thus place over the top. Would definately stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful Venice vacation home

The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The home has been remodeled with beautiful kitchen and bathroom updates. The garage is stocked with everything a family would need at the beach from chairs to bicycles to kayaks. We enjoyed a morning trip to the beach followed by relaxation in the pool each day and it all met our expectations. Highly recommend!

Highly recommandable

First of all, Greg and Bernadette make you feel very welcome even before you enter the house. It does feel like home. Everything is wel prepared, everywhere signs of them want you feel welcome. From vine to water, sweets to pasta. The nicest welcome letter. The house itself is like on the pictures, even better. We enjoyed every minute here. Especially the pool and the very well working airco. The beds are very comfy and big. We really had nothing!! to complain. Its more than well equipped. One of the best houses we ever rented. I will miss this place back home .....

Look no further! Perfection!

I cannot even begin to tell you what an amazing 6 days we had at the property. It is exactly as pictured and described. I have never been in a rental that was so ridiculously clean and well kept. It even smelled amazing! I traveled with my 3 kids ages 7 to 9, my MIL, and my husband. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out and have our own space. The sheets and bath towels were more than adequate! There were beach chairs, camping chairs, two umbrellas, and a wagon in the garage. There was also pool and sand toys as well as shark tooth hunting gear! The pool and back patio area are screened in and beautiful! There is plenty of shade and sun. The pool is also heated which is a huge plus for my kids. The house is in a great location to hit up manasota beach all the way up to siesta key with ease. There are so many food options and stores nearby as well. While I'm still in awe of the house, the best part are the hosts. They were so accommodating and kind. From food and beach recommendations to checking in frequently - greg and his wife are amazing. They replied promptly if I had questions but honestly there wasnt a thing I needed because they thought of everything. Don't sleep on the rental just book it! Thank you so much for a beautiful week! Hopefully we will be back!

Beautiful home and great hosts!

This home was perfect for our spring break. Close to beaches and restaurants and a great pool that we enjoyed every day. The home has all the amenities and supplies, going above and beyond any vacation rental we have ever stayed. From coffee, kitchen supplies, to beach gear and bikes. The owner even bought a bike that my 9 year old son could ride. Delivered it to the front door. The hosts also let us check out late so we didn't have to just wait at the airport for hours. They are amazing hosts and we will definitely stay again!

Spring Break

Walking in it was just as the pictures. The house was very clean, smelled amazing, and was just cozy and comfortable after a 19 hour drive. Everything had its place and just felt like home away from home. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with questions and even suggested differnet beaches to check out. They truly went over and above to make us feel at home

Best place ever!

This house was amazing! Exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, quiet neighborhood, and short drive to beaches and stores. They provided pool toys, beach chairs & towels, cooler, bikes and of course the Florida snow shovel! 😊 Greg was very responsive and extremely helpfulthroughput the entire stay. We will definitely stay again someday!

Everything you need for your family and more!

The house was simply wonderful for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything for cooking, coffee makers, and a drink fridge. There was plenty of room for our group of five. The hosts provided a pack and play and a high chair especially for us- making our traveling there much easier. There were pool toys for all ages- infant to adult! They even put out a Christmas tree, welcoming us for the holiday season! I was a little concerned about my children (3 and 1 years old) regarding the pool, but there were multiple levels of locks and doors, making me feel secure. The 14 minute drive to sharkys was well worth the time, because the house was so clean, comfortable and well furnished. The hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect Family House

We had the best time on our recent trip to Venice, FL. The house was beautiful, clean, and had the most amazing lighting and pool. Every room was decorated beautifully! It was so easy to be comfortable and feel at home while we were there, and the pool was a huge hit. There is everything you need to enjoy your time in the house and plenty of extras to take with you to enjoy when you are out of the house (like beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, etc). Greg and Bernadette could not have been nicer and easier to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

This property has a beautiful kitchen and dining room area. The bedrooms are nice and clean as well as the bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area every day we were there. The beach and downtown Venice are a quick and easy drive. The hosts were great! The property was very well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Home for our Family!

This property literally has it all. It was meticulously thought out down to every last detail. This beautiful, luxurious home is located in a lovely section of Venice. That is secluded enough for privacy but close to the beaches and shops. The hosts were very sweet and accomodating. We loved the hand written welome note. We cant say enough wonderful things about our stay but we are already planning our return trip next summer! Book it you will not regret it!

Meg tooth/spearfishing trip

Think of any possible question related to a vacation rental…… got one? I’ll quickly tell you this house had it all, and more. Not even a speck of dust behind a dresser. Everything worked, was fantastic location-quiet neighborhood near everything. Owner was super helpful with food recommendations as well as any questions about house instantly! Layout was awesome, huge kitchen, dining and living area. Awesome sun porch as well as an immaculate pool with brand new rubber decking…. Beds were comfy too! One of favorite aspects was even the bikes were new- with inflated tires. 99.9% of rentals that tout they have bikes or kayaks are just smoke and mirror for their listing. You arrive and every thing is broken, old and unusable. At this house, everything was awesome! Can’t wait to rebook and bring my wife and kids!
