Beautiful new home and new heated pool!

Suitable for 6 guests looking for a quiet place.

Pool is heated for $50 charge per day, just need 24 hr notice to turn the heater on.

If there is complain for loud noise or too many guests on property from association or neighbors, you will be asked to leave property.

Vegas week

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Communicstion with the owner was great. He helped with our needs. The family enjoyed their time at the house, and we will choose to stay here again the next time we come.

Safe and quiet location! Beautiful home!

Kris was a good host. Home is located in a gated community. Never felt like security was an issue with our family. Will definitely rent again.

This was a comfortable property with good amenities. Conveniently located for what we wanted to do. Best of all, great host, highly responsive. This was a turnkey stay for us, would revisit the property.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

The house felt very spacious, very clean and very well equipped with what we needed for our stay. It was modern and updated. Suggest getting a new mattress for the master bedroom. It was very hard. The other bedrooms had comfortable beds. The pool was very nice and clean and delightful. There were delivery trucks around 6:45 am every morning but did not affect our enjoying the home. We would stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was great all your needs met in one. Close to the strip it's not walking distance, but a 10 min drive is super easy! The bedrooms were spacious, and the mattresses were really nice. The home has an all-around great vibe. The pool was a nice addition to the beat the Vegas heat! The kitchen/ TV/ dining area met our cooking needs. The host even provides family games such as Jenga and Monopoly which made for a perfect family nite. I would definitely stay here again when in Vegas no doubt!

NOISEAWARE monitoring system installed. If noise inside or outside of house reaches certain level, owner is notified within 10 min. This noise monitoring system is only used during quiet times from 10p-8a.

RING alarm system with several cameras is also installed around the house for safety and security reasons. No cameras are installed inside the house. If you have privacy concerns please reach out to me and we can discuss.
