¡Ven a disfrutar de la majestuosidad de las montañas de Sierra Nevada! Esta espectacular casa de montaña se encuentra en la costa sur del lago Tahoe; 1. 9 millas de Nevada Side of Heavenly's Boulder Lodges y 5 minutos en coche de los casinos, el lago, las playas, el campo de golf Edgewood y Heavenly Village. This was the best rental I have stayed at so far. Great layout too hold 10 of us. Was really nice have a dining table that fit everyone. The kitchen was spectacular. Had everything you would need. The bathrooms included hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner. This was a great location and a great place. Would stay again and again

House was so cozy feeling it felt like home that we did not even want to go out or do any activities. Kids were okay with the jacuzzi in master bathroom while adults did the hot tub. Great place, great location to relax if you want to relax .The place had everything and much more than was needed. Will definitely return !Well worth it.Thanks Scott & Patti.

Enjoyed the stay. High recommend this home for a stay. Used the BBQ, jacuzzi, pool table and juke box. My friends enjoyed the rooms and kitchen for cooking. I want to come back again.

My husband and I stayed four nights here recently for our son's wedding in South Lake Tahoe. We stayed here with five family members, including our 2 y/o granddaughter. This home has about everything you would want, other than maybe a TV in every bedroom - not a deal breaker for us. We were arriving in town a little early and were allowed early check-in with no issues. Communication with owners was prompt and always answered our questions. Having a playpen, high chair and even some toys and a little tent for the living room made it so much easier to entertain our granddaughter. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the back deck during our down time, watching the squirrels and just relaxing with a glass of wine. We enjoyed the hot tub one morning as well. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with equipment and the laundry is so nice to keep up on while we were there. This was the perfect place for our family to relax during a special trip to celebrate the family wedding.

Our group was exceptionally happy with this house. We were very comfortable here. Check in was easy and our hosts excelled at communication and local information. I rent several houses each year, and this house is one of the best stocked houses I have ever rented. It is in a quiet area but very convenient to all that a Lake Tahoe offers. A most excellent stay!

Pictures don't do it justice

My family and I had a great stay at Patti's place. The home itself has a great layout and was perfect for our group. The home also has so many extra amenities that make your stay much more enjoyable, stress free, and easy. We brought our 2 dogs so having the fenced in yard and all the pet friendly amenities was fantastic! I highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

House and owners are perfect. Things I liked: Amazing communication, easy registration and entry/access. Instructions are clear and helpful. This house is a classic and they have everything I could ever think of on a vacation. We loved the tidiness of it all and I now see how a house at this price point is ALSO 10/10!

Family vacation with skiing

This house was so nice! The backyard was huge and fenced for our dogs to run around (they loved the snow)! The house is minutes to Heavenly ski lifts and right around the corner from a great trail for hiking! We loved everything about it. Plenty of room for the 8 of us! And the hosts provided so much information that we wished we had more time!

Friends trip

Wonderful home, for a family or group. Plenty of games in the home for adults and children to pool, poker, board games etc. Very very well equipped home. Owner was an amazing communicator and provided answers to any and all questions.

This house has it ALL!!

This home was perfect for our friends and family…spacious yet feels cozy and has all the amenities you can think of! Great layout, plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds, tons of kitchen supplies, very close drive to Heavenly slopes, and the hot tub was awesome to have after a long day of skiing. The homeowners gave extra detailed instructions and replied promptly to my questions. Can’t recommend this rental enough…loved every minute of it and thanks so much for the memories!!

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect for our trip. The layout is great for accommodating a family gathering with a large kitchen, deck and family room. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals. The location was very nice as well, only 10-15 minutes to South Lake and nice beaches nearby. The owners provided good communication and instructions to use all the features of the property.

Wonderful setting for an joyous family gathering

The Stateline property is a true find and gift. The eight members of our family and one dog had so much room. Between the numerous bedrooms, the incredible kitchen, living area and the great back deck there was space for all. Location perfect for all things in South Lake Tahoe and the owners were a dream to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Everything we could think of to make us comfortable was provided! Super comfortable beds and furniture! Impressively clean inside and out. Large fenced yard for dog to run around in! Young people had fun playing pool!

Spectacular Home

The accommodation were fabulous. Everything you would require for a stay away from home for 10 adults. We enjoyed playing corn hole and relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of parking.

Awesome Getaway

Wonderful property. Acurately described in the listing. We had 12 guests and an infant one night and all fit comfortably. The house has an awesome open floor plan that is great for socializing. Pool table and hot tub were a big hit. Would definitely recommend to any group.

We are originally from Chicago, relocated to San Diego for the fantastic year round weather, ocean activities, and beaches. We love Lake Tahoe and have been avid fans since 1991 for the beautiful clear lakes, skiing/snowboarding, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, glider flights, and the endless trails. In 2004 we purchased our home and it is our treasure! You will enjoy its warm and inviting feeling.

We chose this property for the quiet family friendly neighborhood, the spacious lot, the close proximity to the trails, the easy access to Heavenly Ski Resort, Heavenly Village, Casinos and the many lake activities. We love the mountains, numerous outdoor activities, and the closeness to San Francisco. Lake Tahoe is the perfect compliment!

Our house is in a magical location. It is located near the top of the Kingsbury Grade, surrounded by beautiful forest and excellent hiking trails.

From our house it is 1.9 miles to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and 3.2 miles to the Stagecoach Lodge for skiing and snowboarding in the winter. For hiking, mountain biking, outdoor and lake activities in the summer: 4.0 miles to Kahle Park; 5.4 miles to Nevada Beach; 4.6 miles to Edgewood Golf Resort; 7.5 miles to Zephyr Cove Resort; 12.1 miles to Camp Richardson; 13.2 miles to Kiva Beach and 18.3 miles to Emerald Bay State Park. For gambling and village funit is 4.4 miles to the casinos; and 5.1 miles to Heavenly's Village.

One of the Tahoe Rim Trail heads is 1/2 block from our house, awesome for hiking and biking in the summer and is dog-friendly. Our home sits on a wonderful 3/4 acre lot; the backyard is fenced for the safety of children and pets with lots of space to run and offers partial shade from the 100-200ft trees. In the winter the yard offers lots of snow activities. The big deck lets you enjoy dining outside, relaxing in the sun, and the enjoyment of the spa. We love to cook so the 5-burner gas top, double kitchen sinks, the double convection wall ovens, 50lb ice maker, quiet dishwasher and all the plates, pots and pans to help you create a feast!
