This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. It cannot host more than 10 people over the age of 13. This applies 24/7. Parking for 4 cars in the summer ( 3 in the winter ) in the driveway.

Prime Lake Tahoe Location. Steps from El Dorado Beach and Lakeview Commons. Short drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort for skiing/snowboarding, or World Renowned Edgewood Golf Course. A walker's paradise with restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and live music. Head to the lake for biking, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding — equipment rental shops are within walking distance.

Pet-Friendly: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval and an additional fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
