This gorgeous water front retreat has an amazing view to take in the sunsets over the water. This beautifully decorated, spacious home is located on Bayou Lacroix which connects to the Jourdan River and the Bay of St. Louis. Only 5 Miles from Old Town, 3 miles from Hollywood Casino and 6 1/2 miles from Silver Slipper Casino. Raised home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor patio and swimming pool. The house has spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas to provide for plenty of entertaining.

The house was just as pictures showed. Nice place and good area. Bonus having boat launch on the property as well. Would definitely stay again

Great family vacation

We were vacationing with our kids and grandkids. Everyone had a great time hanging out together while swimming in the pool and fishing. It is close to miles of amazing beaches and great restaurants.

Long Weekend Getaway

Took a short trip with friends. Nice property and neighborhood situated on a canal with boat ramp for easy access to the bay. Upon arrival the pool needed some TLC and after a quick message that was taken care of next day. Wonderful trip!

Sales Retreat

We rented both houses (they are adjacent) for our sales team and had a great time. The houses are ideal for family, friends, or co-worker get togethers.

WE really enjoyed our stay, convenient with out being in the busy area...yet close enough to activities, restaurants and the beach.Has access to water canal( we didn't have a boat. Great that we could have our pets with us.

Home is still under a bit of construction getting finishing touches it looked like. Had workers show up to work on home during our stay resulting in us checking out a day early. Owner did say he would refund us checking out early...

Nice House BUT….

The house was nice and clean however it’s still in construction mode! I wish I was advised prior to booking and arriving. Upon arrival we noticed a large pile of wood, tin, trash, debris, a man lift construction machine under the house, nails in the boat launch (which our trailer tire encountered before we realized about the nails). We were told there was a place to tie our boat to however not mentioned was that the only piling was several feet from the bank which was unusable due to construction debris, unleveled land and overall unsafe. The BBQ grill on site was left filthy and unusable, the grass in front the property was very high. There was no lighting under the house or on the stairway making it difficult and dangerous at night. Several pieces of flooring out of place in the house and several lights not working. The pool was out of service but we were told that the day we arrived. We were offered to use the pool next door but we didn’t have an opportunity to do so before the renters there arrived. All things were addressed with the owner but was offered no compensation for all the inconveniences nor the flat tire we had to repair due to uncleanliness of the area/launch. We were told that the pile of wood was for a future dock and mid-level deck but still nothing mentioned prior to arrival. The house itself was fine and would consider renting in the future once it’s cleaned up and no longer a construction site.

Exceptional Home

My family had a blast in The Bay. The property was as described (the pool is a bit smaller than average) but my kids didn’t mind at all. The property owner was readily available and responded timely when needed. We’d definitely stay again or at another property owned by this team. The home was well equipped with kitchen appliances, towels, and bedding.
