Studio perfect for couples or small family.

Unit is in Anchor Resort, a canal front property. This charming unit is on the 4th floor away from the hustle and bustle of the community, but close to nightlife, restaurants, and the beach!

Step out of the unit and overlook the indoor pool. Enjoy canal front sunsets on the outdoor pool in the back of the property. Enjoy drinking your coffee at sunrise on the small balcony attached to the unit!

Take the trip

Hands down one of the best condos we have stayed in. Super cute, cozy, great location. Jose the host is wonderful. He is there to help anytime of the day! Definitely will be staying here again!

Last Minute Holiday Getaway

Studio unit was very modern & well equipped. Location to beach, restaurants, carwash & fuel was great. While this unit is great the resort is outdated but very clean & maintained. Security was visible each evening. Overall enjoyed our stay & will book again.

Wonderful host

Joseph was just amazing with commication and very thing with the stay. Condo was super cute and clean. Older building but the inside of unit was up to date. Pool was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend

Great room

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Had all the cooking accessories I needed. Fish cleaning station with fresh water at the dock. Great access to the beaches at Mustang and North Padre islands. The actual building needs some updating though. I will be booking next years trip with the property manager here shory.

Nice area down the street from beach

This was a perfect little studio for me and my two sons. Had a washer and dryer so we could wash our towels after the beach each day. Joseph was a great host and was able to answer any questions I may have had.

Awesome Place to Stay

This was the perfect little find for our small family—dad, mom, and two kids. Joseph was available by text and phone, super helpful and very responsive. The little condo was clean and bright, there was a wonderful hot shower of excellent quality that didn’t run out (important when you have kids competing for the shower!) The thermostat was comfortably adjustable and the coffee was delicious. The outside pool was lovely and the girls spent a good deal of time there enjoying swims. The inside pool was being resurfaced at the time but it is good to see that the premises are being kept up and I hope we will be able to try it on a future occasion. Since my husband was doing work for his family, the girls and I spent a lot of time in the room and we were very comfortable. There are also a few restaurants as well as a very nice gift shop within walking distance. Overall a really great place for our needs and we will come again!

Great getaway

When I first pulled into the property, I was a bit thrown back because it was part of the older buildings in town. However, once we found our room and walked around the property it wasn't bad at all. However, some updates to the property were being made when we were there and I hope they continue. Our room was lovely. It was decorated beach themed and literally had everything we could've possibly needed. It was very well stocked as far as household items. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus when you have more than 1 person. Joseph was very nice and accommodating to get us in our room a bit early. He always responded faster than most people I've rented from and that is also a definite plus! We had a great time and would for sure stay here again when we come back! Thank you Joseph!
