Birthday Trip

Visited with family and friends for my husband’s 50th birthday. The home was clean and well appointed. It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Anytime I had questions, Mary was quick to respond. The only critique we had was that the living room area was not very comfortable for hanging out. We spent most of our time sitting at the dining room table for that reason. It was still a 10/10 stay despite that.

High end Creek Retreat

Hi, my classmates and I rented this property from March 12 to 15, 2025. It was exactly as advertised and a great place for us. We attended a conference in Dallas, so the location was convenient. We did encounter an issue with the internet, but it was resolved by the next business day.The property is lovely and perfect for our needs. It's close to Highway 75, making it easy to get where we needed to go. It's located in a quiet neighborhood yet is near stores and restaurants.

Winter escape

Stayed for two weeks to escape winter up North, House was nice and host was very responsive. There were issues with the kitchen floor they warned us about. Overall a nice stay!

Sorority Sisters Reunion

Very well equipped home, we didn’t lack for a thing. The home is large and with all the modern conveniences. The backyard was great! The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. We all enjoyed our time there. Hope to return in the future.

Five female colleagues in town for continuing education event. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was within 15 minutes of the venue, so also very convenient. All of the appliances are modern and in good working order. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan which is great for white noise and air movement. The AC was good too.

Stay for a wedding

The property was updated and we felt safe in the area. The property manager responded promptly and was very helpful. We were in town five days for hosting a wedding and it met all our needs for location, space and parking. We recommend this property for any short term rental needs in the Dallas area.

Perfect Location for UTD Event

Property was exactly as described in the listing and the owner response to questions was fantastic! Many recent updates were apparent! The proximity to UTD was great! Large dining table was great for a Confirmation dinner for our family. Access/check-out was very easy! Nice large driveway for multiple cars was great! The backyard was great and had great trees! The only thing I would have changed would be adding blinds to the large sliding glass door for privacy option. Would definitely recommend for any parents/family needing great proximity to their UTD students/events!

This VRBO is really spectacular! Not like fancy but really couldn’t be better in terms of cleanliness, fantastic communications with the host Mary, the location is truly magnificent! The property has an adorable creek behind it which we loved. The neighborhood is super clean & organized—everything well maintained & feels super safe. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay near UTD

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending UTD orientation and moving our son in. It’s very close to campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything needed. I hope to stay here again while visiting our children at UTD.

Location, location, location!

This house was in the perfect location to get anywhere in or near Dallas. It is beautifully updated with everything you need to feel right at home. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The yard is surprisingly spacious and fun, and stepping out the back gate to the creek felt like a private oasis. When we come back to Dallas we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Home Away From Home

We had a fantastic stay at the Chic on the Creek. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks while our home was being renovated and really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, updated, and had every amenity a family could need. We also had a great experience with the property owner - communication was friendly and helpful and attentiveness to needs was timely. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.
