Gorgeous South Florida Property

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! So comfortable and well-appointed, and the property manager, Igor, was so responsive and helpful. We especially loved the amazing backyard! Would definitely recommend this home, and we hope to stay again next time we are in South Florida!

Private Backyard Designed for Relaxation

Our family of six adults had a great vacation at this private home with a secluded backyard in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the beach, the boardwalk and several cute coffee shops.Igor was an extremely flexible host and was gracious to grant a late checkout when we had an unexpected situation arise.

Great vacation spot

Lovely home! Our kids preferred the backyard and pool to the beach, so we spent a lot of time splashing and enjoying the property. Great location close to amenities and attractions. Gracious hosts, very communicative and helpful!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Clean, spacious, great pool area and easy to get an Uber to nearby beaches and nightlife. Host checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything. Would recommend it to others.

Home away from home

Very cute, clean house. We loved the outdoor pool and lounging area , master bedroom and bathroom was extremely nice , I loved how everything was open to move around. Great location not far from the beach, shopping and dining.

Thanksgiving in Paradise

The trip was wonderful! The home was spacious and had everything I didn't pack for an amazing Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well as inside the home. The pool was delightful and the location was very close to grocery stores and restaurants (once we got tired of eating turkey). We look forward to returning again!

Tropical Paradise in Hollywood

Me and my friends stayed here for a long weekend vacation and had a blast! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and up to date. The backyard feels like a resort with an amazing pool, tiki hut, and landscaping. Property manager was also very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hollywood!

Great house and pool!

The house was exactly as pictured. Well-stocked with any kitchen item you'd need (except a pizza cutter). The beds were comfortable. The pool area was really pretty and private. It's about a 4-8 minute drive/ride to restaurants and bars. Ubers were easy to get. Smart TV's in each bedroom made watching shows easy! The neighborhood is very quiet. Overall A++!

Awesome home and host

This home was very nicely redone. The main suite in the back of the house was very spacious and private. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The yard was especially well done. The colorful garden and pool lights were and upgrade. Our favorite spot for morning coffee was under the tiki hut in the egg chairs! The host takes pride in his home and greats you when you arrive so that he can show you around and answer questions. The location is very close the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk which was a nice place to go For dinner and entertainment. We recommend this rental.

Paradise in Hollywood

This is my second time staying at Igor’s place. This house is everything that meets my needs and more. The property is absolutely gorgeous & feels like being in paradise. Between the pool & cabana, my team & I were extremely comfortable. I had an opportunity to cook meals daily in the fully stocked kitchen & got to take to the neighbors who had a mango tree. The neighborhood is very quiet & nice. I will always book this space whenever I am in the area & I highly recommend it for anyone who’s traveling here. The beach is not too far away & there are plenty of nice place to eat that are in waking distance. Trust me you’ll thank you later!

Great Florida Getaway

Igor, the owner was so accommodating to us during our entire 3 week stay. It is obvious that he wants to make all of his guests happy. The house is updated and well equipped. The back yard and pool were the highlight which makes good sense for a stay in Florida. Being so close to US 1 as well as I-95 made it easy to access nearby cities like Ft Lauderdale as well as Miami. We also enjoyed being close ( a little over a mile) to the boardwalk/ beach and went for some nice walks and free concerts at the bandshell at Margaritaville. Easy to park at the beach area for a 2-3 hours for less than $10. By driving there, we could extend our walks along the beach. Also played pickleball at a park just a few blocks away in the neighborhood as well at another area that was a 15 minute drive. All in all a very enjoyable stay

Misleading...

Pictures look great. As we pulled up through the neighborhood we were concerned. Not in a particularly safe neighborhood. The owners insisted on meeting us at checkin, which was odd. We checked in and thought we would make the best of it. However we went to give our daughter a bath, and the tub filled with dirt. Then my wife was getting a headache from an air freshener, so we unplugged it. Within minutes we realized the main room smelled terribly from cigarette smoke. Then the final straw - we went out to meet family and returned late. Got everyone into bed, then my wife and I went to lie down. She looks over and sees roaches scurrying on the floor. We had a reservation for 5 days and left on day 2. We contacted the owner but never received a response. We were in town for a wedding, all my other relatives had been in rentals a few blocks over in a nicer and safer area. We had to find something on short notice and ended up having to stay 15 minutes away from everyone else. Disappointing experience.
