3 bedroom, 1 bath home with views of the Chain O Lakes Waupaca. Private backyard with patio fire pit and tons of seating. Walking distance to restaurants, outdoor bars, park with playground, ice cream shops, swimming areas and a boat rental/marina. There is a kayak launch less than 1/2 mile away and boat landings also.
Use of kayaks and one paddle board included. Hot tub is available on a limited basis with approval/liability waiver and additional cleaning fee.
Winter months, snowshoes included with great trails near by and downhill skiing within 20 miles.

Lovely home

The home was great for our short visit to Waupaca. Location was good, neighborhood was quiet. Hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Lovely Property

We enjoyed the hot tub and peaceful environment. Dog owners, there is a wonderful dog park a short distance away for a small daily fee. Would book again.

Charming cottage

This cottage has all the amenities and comforts of home. It was a perfect location for recreation at the Chain O'Lakes. I would highly recommend it and would come back for a future getaway.

Cozy house great location

The house was nicely updated and very clean. It was exactly what we needed for our trip to see family. While it was off season it was in a great location for all the activities had it been in season. We would definitely look this property up again when we come back out to Waupaca.

Chain bachelorette party

We had a group of 6 girls staying here and there was room for more! close enough to walk to locate bars like wheelhouse and ICC. Loved the hot tub during cooler nights. Super easy check in & hosts are very responsive!

Great Family time

Property was spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed. Unfortunately it rained most of the time there, but we brought board games and made the best of it. Still went to all the Waupaca places we like to go to. Owner was fast in responding to any and all questions we had prior to our arrival.

Amazing time with family!

We have been staying in Waupaca for about 25 years but first time here. This space provided everything we needed and more. So lovely to have everything we needed from home in our favorite place away. We were able to accomodate one person who had to work, plus our little one, who believes this place is magic due to finding the tiniest frogs ever outside. Seeing deer in the yard almost every morning just added to the magic of our stay. The bedrooms are big and we had more places to sleep than we could have even used. Can't wait to come back next year.

Home away from home

Such a great home to rent! Located in the heart of the chain of lakes, within walking distance to two kayak launches, parks, and restaurants. Beautifully refinished home with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen amenities too large to list and clean appliances. Open-concept and worked well with our large group (including a 18 month and 3 year old). Kayaks and bikes available along with the gorgeous hot tub and fire place. Back yard fenced with large pine trees gives a cozy feel. Rebecca is very responsive and has great recommendations for the area. Don't wait, just book!

True Wisconsin Getaway

We rented this house for EAA AirVenture to have AC and space for 5 of us to spread out. It was an easy 45 minute drive on major roads despite being in a nice wooded area away from everything. We even saw a raccoon family crossing the road and deer in the backyard. Restaurants are within walking distance but we chose to drive to the bigger cities about 20 minutes away to get groceries for the week. The hot tub for an additional fee was a nice touch after all the walking we did, and it has a great patio space to hangout after dark. Everything we could have possibly needed was there down to the Ziploc bags and toilet paper. I definitely would stay here again!

Very nice house

We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable, modern, and clean. I wished there were a few more simple things in the kitchen like sugar for coffee and paper towels and napkins. The area is nice but I thought it would be easier to access the lake from the house. The kayak access point around the corner from the house was not what we expected. It was just like a mudslide down to the edge of the water (which was not part of the owner's property). There's a nice marina to rent boats and several good places to eat. All in all, we enjoyed the backyard, the hot tub, and just relaxing!

I'm glad you enjoyed the home,. Again, I apologize for running out of paper towels for your stay. There is always flavored coffee creamer available but we will also add sugar. In the past, our guests have enjoyed our fully stocked kitchen. The kayak landing is the only one on the main part of the chain and the listing does state it is 1/2 mile away from the home. The guide book also states there is one a bit further to access the upper chain (non motorized). There are not many public access points available on this chain of lakes other than the small beach/picnic area about 1/2 mile down in the other direction.
