Welcome to Bayside Coastal Calm!! Enjoy our luscious coastal furnishings and décor, as you relax in our well appointed townhome minutes away from the famous Delaware Beaches (Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and Lewes).

In addition to all the award-winning amenities you will find at Bayside, we have added personal touches and activities which will keep anyone, of any age, entertained during your stay. Renew friendships and family ties, walk the sandy shores, explore the boardwalks and experience the local brewpubs and world-renowned seafood cuisine.

We know how hard it is to get away from work responsibilities and have created 2 distinct and private work areas to accommodate your needs. High speed wi-fi and a wi-fi enabled printer are also provided When you are ready to go offline and relax, we have provided plenty to do at the home, including board games, puzzles, Chess/Checkers, and cards. Our 2nd floor loft includes a mini pool table/foosball and air hockey table, along with a PlayStation 4 gaming system and High-def cable television. All the TVs throughout the home, in every bedroom, plus the Loft and Living Room, are high-definition smart TVs with all the Premium Pay Cable channels included.

Our epicurean touches are second to none, they include a coffee maker, bar area with bar tools, professional waffle maker, digital toaster, a blender, large wok and pizza stone and peel for the best homemade pizza pies around. A relaxing electric Fireplace provides ambiance and that romantic touch when you want it (the fireplace is not a heating source).

Outside on our expanded custom brick patio we have added comfortable seating surrounding a gas fire pit where you can sit and relax or cook s’mores for dessert. A Pergola adds a classical touch over the seating and firepit area. A large gas grill and BBQ utensil set are provided for your BBQ needs with plenty of seating outside. A Corn Hole Game is available for some outdoor fun.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Bayside Amenities Passes

The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation.
Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.
2025 Amenities Pass Pricing (From Jan 1 - May 15 and Sep 23 - Dec 31)

3-day pass: $40 per person 
Weekly Pass: $70 per person

 2025 Amenities Pass Pricing (From May 16 - Sep 22)

3-day pass: $65 per person 
Weekly pass: $115 per person

"Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Bayside Resort Community" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Bayside Resort Community. Included in the email will be instructions on how to order your Bayside Amenities Passes. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
