Welcome to The Honey Hive! Spacious, clean, private 2 bedroom basement apartment

Our beautiful basement apartment is ready for your next visit to the beautiful state of Utah!

The first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed connected to a spacious full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds which sleep 5 people. One bunk bed has 2 twin beds, the other has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Perfect for kids! We also just bought a brand new Pack n Play crib (Can be set up as a bassinet or a regular crib) as well as a chair high chair for any families with little ones to keep them safe. We also have white noise machines and nighttime lights in each room so you can sleep comfortably.

This suite is also fully equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and refrigerator.

To be sure your stay is as relaxing as possible, we have made sure to provide cooking equipment, utensils, bed linens, towels, and more so you have all you need during your stay. There is also room for 2 cars on the street right next to the entrance.
Our cozy apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk to 2 beautiful parks and the famous 17-mile Murdock Trail which extends from Provo Canyon to Thanksgiving Point. It has the most beautiful views and is one of our favorite parts of living here. We also enjoy going to Harvey park which is along the trail and has a shaved ice stand, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and an amazing playground.
Although our basement apartment has a private entrance and you will not need to interact with the host, we are happy to help with anything you may need and accommodate any reasonable requests and we love all our guests!

Only registered guests are allowed (Please communicate with us if you're having visitors)
Please be sure to clean any dishes you used and take out all trash.
Leave all dishes, games, materials etc. where you found them upon leaving.
Any failure to follow house rules will be subject to fines or eviction.

Lovely and cozy

We had a fantastic stay at The Honey Hive place! The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal and the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities, like the fast Wi-Fi, made us feel right at home. Abby was an outstanding host, quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again on our next trip!"

We loved the proximity to Tibble Fork and Timpanogos (only 20 mins to Timpooneke trailhead!) Great neighborhood, very clean basement, and super comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

Great place!

Such a great spot! Beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. You would never know it was a basement apartment because of all the windows! Occasionally we could hear the dog bark upstairs, but it was never excessive. My kids loved the bunk beds.

Beautiful, clean basement property completely separate from the rest of the residence. Because it is a newer home & very well lit it doesn’t feel like a basement. Furniture and decor were lovely & clean. Owners were helpful. Kitchen and other essentials were well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Visit to Utah

My family loved staying at The Honey Hive for a weekend visit to Utah! I found the rental super clean and very inviting. It was bigger and brighter than I was expecting, with plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was great - it was easy to get on to I-15 to travel south to Provo, which we did multiple times. We also spent an afternoon visiting with extended family at Harvey Park. We would definitely stay at The Honey Hive again when we return to Utah for another visit.

Great rental, great location, great host

Highly recommended! The rental is in a beautiful home, in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to amenities and easily accessible from the freeway. It's a basement apartment, but doesn't feel like it—it's a big, open walkout basement with high ceilings and large windows. It's modern, roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet, and generously stocked. The owner communicated warmly and clearly. We would absolutely stay here again.

I wold Definitely recommend this place!

My parents, my 3 kids (11,11,14) and I stayed here for a weekend. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and everyone got their own bed! Beds were comfortable! It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The host thought of everything we could have needed and was extremely clean! Check in was so simple. I had a question for the host and she responded to the message almost instantly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space!

Kiwis in American Fork

As kiwis we appreciated that coffee was available (often not). But we really wanted a cup of tea in the mornings. Also making toast was in the little oven - only an issue I suspect for kiwis and Aussies. We didn’t ask, but they were helpful so I suspect would have helped us out no problem! Apart from that it was great. 4 of us stayed and we slept in the bunk beds. More comfortable than they looked!
