This is our second time returning to this villa, so we are repeat customers. It has everything that we needed and wanted for our visit to Florida. Access to the lake and fishing in the backyard was wonderful and the amenities that we desired were all close by and within driving distance. Having the golf cart was a great amenity to visit the beach. The host communicated well with us when we had questions. A few small issues did come up again, and maintenance responded in a timely manner. There is trouble with the hot water in one of the downstairs bathrooms as it is difficult to adjust. Other than that, we are likely to return again in summer of 2027.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the home. It was very clean when arrived. The only thing regardless of how much we moved air to cut off the air would not go off and it was very cold in the home. The golf cart was very convenient when going around the property. We will be booking with this host again.

Conference

Hopefully after our stay they secure the dishwasher to the counter and replace full mattress downstair bedroom bc u can see the depression in the mattress when u walk in the room. New frig was great, location great, golf great but watch those brakes, very touchy. Must try maple street biscuit company. Super close. In the plaza next to you stay.

This is our fifth year staying in the Sandestin community. The property was clean and well outfitted for our family of four. The proximity to the lake in the back for fishing was perfect. Access to local beaches and activities was very good. Great communication with the property manager. There were a few issues with maintenance including the washing machine turning off mid-cycle, the downstairs bathroom shower was difficult to adjust for temperature, and the patio door is very hard to open/close. Just suggestion: a grill and a pizza cutter would have improved our experience. Overall we were happy with this unit and we thank you for having us.

Great Getaway

We absolutely loved this house! It exceeded expectations. I thought it actually looked better in person than the pictures showed, which is not common. It was quiet and peaceful as we drank coffee and ate breakfast on the back patio. The view was fantastic. Everything was very clean! And the golf cart was a huge plus for getting around the resort. The only two things that I would suggest to the owner- and they are very minor- is a new queen mattress in the downstairs bedroom and the slow drain in the shower upstairs. Overall, we loved this house and would definitely stay here again!

Overall good but a few things missing would have made it better

Location is great. Check in was seamless. Place is very clean bordering sterile. Golf cart was a major amenity. Kitchen has all needs covered. The biggest need is the mattresses have a plastic covering that makes the already hardness even less comfortable. For those that travel the limited supply of toilet paper and soap requires a trip or two to a grocery store is just a unnecessary inconvenience. Finally you should know the cost of beach chairs is extra when using vrbo vs booking thru Sandestin.com. Overall good not great.

Family Wedding Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place. It was in a good location. The only thing we found somewhat frustrating was the parking. There were a few times where cars from other condos were parked in front of our place and at times we were not able to park the golf cart in a spot because there were cars from other condos already parked in the spot where our golf cart was supposed to go so it could be plugged in. Overall, it was mostly clean. Just a heads up, we did see dead cockroaches in the upstairs bathroom closet carpet.

Vacation 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Sandestin Golf and Resort was good. Good weather up until we departed. Beach was beautiful as always. Went to the pool close by and it was good. Our villa had some things that needed to be fixed, storm door spring broke on the first day. Upstair bathroom doorknob doesn’t work. Maintenance had to come fix the faucet in the shower because you couldn’t adjust the water temperature. The A/C worked perfectly! We stayed cool the whole time. The golf cart was good, except that it needs to be a 6 passenger cart instead of 4 passenger. The villa sleeps more that 4 people.Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back to Miramar Beach in the future.

Outdated but good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: location- 2-3 minute drive to the beach, just down the street from several restaurants. Pond right out the back door made for a relaxing view while drinking coffee in the mornings. (My husband fished in it but never caught anything) My 6 and 7 year old loved feeding the turtles in the pond and playing in the large grassy “backyard” area. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. Cons: everything feels dated, which would be fine if it was only from a design perspective but unfortunately it’s everything. Doors- one bathroom door downstairs couldn’t be shut because it would get stuck every time, and the handle on the sliding glass door to the patio is almost broken from the door being so difficult to slide. Like other reviewers have said, the queen mattress downstairs feels like sleeping on a futon. It needed to be replaced a long time ago. The golf cart got a flat tire after two days of us being there. It took a day and a half to get it fixed so that wasn’t fun. The rental company communicated with us well, but wish it could have been handled sooner.

Amazing! So clean!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay! Quiet area, very clean, everything was perfect! Parking between the golf carts is a little tight, just a heads up. Golf cart was a life saver. Don’t forget to explore past the tunnel, kids loved adventure land, and the pool on bayside was always almost empty in the evenings!
