Quiet Beachside retreat w/ Golfcart included - close proximity to everything!

We have been vacationing on 30A for over 20 years. Specifically the Beachwalk Villa area for the past 10 years. We were drawn to this area because of the convenience of the beach, Baytowne Wharf area and Grand Boulevard shopping, Restaurants and Publix Grocery Store are just a few of the amenities of this fabulous location. Plus, directly across the parking lot from our townhome is the Market Shops which feature numerous services, boutiques and eateries. We provide a 6-seater GOLF CART so you can cruise the entire San Destin Resort at your leisure.
When it's just me and my husband staying we enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood and convenience of the restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach and/or pool steps away from us. Golfing, boating and fishing are also available to those who are interested. As well as tennis, pickle ball and putt putt golf.
When our adult kids and our grandchildren stay they thrive on the beach and Baytowne Wharf which is a mecca for kids and adults. They also enjoy the freedom of the golfcart. There's something about kids riding in golfcarts in the sunshine that thrills them! The two QUEEN BEDS upstairs plus a separate twin bed in the loft provide ample sleep space for adults and kids.
We're biased but our set up and location is perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet and convenience during their vacation. Black out curtains in the downstairs primary bedroom. Plus, upon request, we have them for sleeping babies and toddlers upstairs.
We have all the chairs for the beach and toys for the kids located in the outside storage area for your personal use.

Our new favorite place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about our vacation here. Mary was a wonderful host and the communication was the best I've experienced. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything we could have needed. We hope to make this a yearly destination and highly recommend it to everyone.

Perfect family getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, close to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. And all just a couple of minutes away driving the golf cart. The kids had a lot of fun!

Wonderful Vacay!

This is the third time my family has stayed at Coastal Cozy! We love the clean and comfortable condo and the golf cart adds to the fun! The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Spring Break 2025

The place was as advertised. Very clean and well kept. The golf cart was one of the nicest we have ever driven. Great location near the beach with a large heated pool you can walk too. They also provide beach chairs and other beach items as well.

Sunny and relaxing

Perfect location for everything you would need or want. Great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Golf courses were in good condition on the property and we felt very safe and comfortable. Mary was excellent as a host.

A Dream Vacation

My family of five have been vacationing in Sandestin for the last 4 years and this was our favorite trip because of this VRBO rental. Its location gave us the freedom to explore the harbor, Baytowne Wharf, and the beach. The hosts were more than accommodating. Beds were comfy, furnishings updated, and the golf cart was a big hit! We hope to stay here next year!

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. It was obviously well maintained. The location is great with easy access to the beach with the golf cart. Check in and check was smooth as well. We hope to stay again soon.

Thank you to Justin for your kind remarks. We hosted Justin and 3 adults at our condo for 7 nights. They were in their 70’s and 40’s. I say that because our quiet neighborhood and easy accessibility is perfect for adults of all ages. Majority of our guests are adults children of all ages. No escalators or stairs to enter our condo. The primary bedroom downstairs is perfect for parents or older adults. The upstairs has 2 queen beds and there’s also a twin bed in the loft. Kids or younger adults enjoy this privacy. Justin and his crew are welcome back anytime!

Great place to stay

This property was so nice and clean. We loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful at night, but with easy access to the beach and Baytown. The golf cart is a must here, so we were lucky to have one. Mary was awesome at answering any questions we had! We will definitely rebook!

Just as nice as it looks online!

We really enjoyed our stay... it was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is in a great location- right between Baytown wharf and the beach. There is a very nice pool right down the street. Another really nice perk is the 6 seat golf cart to get around easily & it makes the trips lots of fun. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Sarah and Gary were awesome to work with as well. We were able to accommodate a special request they had concerning their stay and that's why I make a point to communicate with my guests from the beginning. Jim and I are natives of Clarksville, TN and we're both recently retired. We are a blended family of 3 children, 8 grandchildren and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law. Work was stressful so during Covid-19 we wanted to get away. We couldn't rent something so a friend graciously volunteered his place in Beachwalk. We decided we wanted to have our own place at the beach after that.

We have always vacationed as a family in this area but we fell in love with the convenience of Beachwalk due to the location of the beach, restaurants, shopping, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard and it's all accessible with a golf cart! It's really all we need while we're down here.
